Pizza Hut

I used to like Pizza Hut but after ordering delivery from this location I will never step foot in or order from Pizza Hut again.
Almost 2 hours and still no delivery… called to cancel order and was hung up on twice.
Pizza finally arrived ice cold.
Shut this place down or fire everyone who works there and start over.
NEVER AGAIN

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE ordering takeout. After they informed me it would take 1 & a ½ hr for the food to arrive. It finally got here COLD & with the wrong ingredients. I called the manager and he basically told me it was all my fault because I was informed it would an hr & ½ late. Pizza shut HAS to SHUT THIS BRANCH DOWN.

do not order from here it sucks they burned my pizza. i got the udi’s gluten free i’m pissed

I don’t expect the best pizza or excellent service.
HOWEVER, I didn’t expect this. Dracula (yes, that’s her real name and the manager!!!) accidentally served my food to another customer. I ordered some wings and they gave it to someone else. Then they realized that they messed up. They took the food back and gave us the half eaten wings! WHO DOES THAT? I’m standing there with a tray of 5 wings, instead of the 8 I ordered. The three missing are coming from their mistake. They don’t even bother to try to fix the problem. They just serve the wings with 3 of them missing. At least have the decency to try to fix the problem and make another order of the 8 wings, but apparently, it’s too much work.
That’s just disgusting. I don’t even want to think about what else they have accidentally re-​served to unknowing customers. They were willing to do this in front of my face. I would hope that they don’t do this often, but by the looks of it, it’s a common practice.

Pizza was pretty good. Giving it only 3 stars because the lady that took my order wouldn’t even make eye contact, and had an attitude like she’d rather be anywhere else, making me feel like I was imposing. Food was good otherwise.

I ordered 8 Buffalo medium bone-​out wings, breadsticks, and a soda for delivery. The food arrived in exactly 30 minutes, which is the only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of one, but the wings were cold and breadsticks were soggy. Also, I’m pretty sure the wings were the wrong flavor. No good.

I have no choice sometimes but to order from here because I’m so lazy to cook but there always running out of something and messing up orders they bought me cold pizza and were over a hour late WORST PIZZA HUT EVER

I’m literally still waiting for my pizza as we speak. It has been over an hour since they told me I would receive it. I don’t even want it anymore. Never again Pizza Hut, never again!!! I guess I’m not surprised after the other terrible reviews. BYE.

WORST PIZZA HUT IN LA!
Delivery time is always over an hour even though i live half a mile away. The owner or manager must be too cheap to hire another driver.
The toppings are sparse, pizza is always undercooked and cold and they dont offer deals that are on the website.
I think the employees offer bad service on purpose so no one will order and they can just take it easy at work.

Let me begin by saying I prefer pizza hut over domino’s, it’s their crust. 6 years ive been going to this place since it’s down the street. Today I call to order 2 mediums unlimited toppings for $ 6.99 each as their deal shows. But they don’t have anymore medium pizzas… what… the only other option was 2 large pizzas 2 toppings… I spoke to manager to see if they could change the medoums to larges for the same price, or at least allow the large deal to be supremes he wasnt willing to do ANYTHING. I u derstand that yea maybe the first idea was a bit much, but the second idea i proposed was not. «It would make us lose too much money» I don’t understand how they cannot manage a way to manage their own deal, regardless if they have to make sacrifices to please their customers, almost any other business would bend their backs to satisfy their customer, apparently not pizza hut

We ordered the hot dog pizza and after 45 mins they decided to call and tell us that there isn’t anymore after they charged our card for it. They have such poor service i wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place sucks. The delivery time is always one hour and shows up cold

I was having «a moment» at the same that this location was having an issue with only one delivery guy. Needless to say I was not happy and actually threw a childish tantrum with the poor woman on the phone. (To her I sincerely apologize) The manager called me the next day to try and resolve the issue and even though I told her what a jerk I was she still apologized for the issue. That’s pretty great customer service if I do say so myself.
And again, I am sorry to this location for not being adult about an unfortunate situation.
Five stars just for dealing with me on that night.

I ordered a pizza, the girl who answered was clearly new which was fine but she did make me repeat spelling AND the actual name of my address at least 10 times, she told me they had a special which I ordered and told me it would be there in 15 minutes. I waited over an hour For the pizza and finally called them to ask the status, the manager answered and told me it should be there soon. About 10 – 15 minutes later it finally came (I live less about 7 minutes from the Pizza Hut)… The driver told me the pizza was almost $ 30, I informed him I ordered the special which was only 6.99 each. He told me it was the new girl who probably forgot to input the discount, so I called the manager «Anthony» who was not in any way apologetic for his employees mistake Or the amount of time I waited. He had the driver give us the discount we should have ORIGINALLY received and nothing more. Wont be ordering from this Pizza Hut anymore.

It always shows up cold. Always.

Always pick up from here when I am in the mood for Pizza Hut, I usually prefer Domino’s discounts.
Ordered yesterday and my pizza was ready in 20 mins. Guy on the phone made sure I was calling the correct Pizza Hut since my phone number wasn’t local (cell).
Pancho was the guy at the counter and had me going out the door in no time at all. He said is your name Al? I said no, it’s Sal, oh because we have a pizza for a Al…

If you ask, they’ll make a mushroom, mushroom, mushroom, olive, olive, olive, cheese, cheese, cheese extra thin n crispy pizza for you for only $ 10! The people who work there work really had a keep a pretty nice, upbeat attitude. I appreciate the hard work and that when I get pick up the food is always ready!
I’ve never ordered deliver. Pick up orders are always ready in 20 – 25 minutes.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star I placed an order the employee gets my number down incorrect after he recited to me twice 20 minutes later I call back to see the status of the order and he said I cancelled the order so they didn’t place it so he offers to place the order so I did once again then 15 minutes later no call from them to confirm the order I call back and the employee has not even placed the order yet never again thanks for wasting my time sincerely yours

This place is hit or miss. I’ve had pizza delivered with half the toppings off, like the driver was taking corners at 50mph. Whenever I have gone to pick up, the staff is friendly and the service is quick. Yesterday I ordered online for pick up and they called me to tell me they were out of sausage AND pepperoni. Um, what? I cancelled my order. I recommend going to Junior’s Pizza, which is right down the street. Good pizza from a family run business. Wouldn’t order here again, unless there was a great deal.

Pizza Hut pizza is maybe three stars… but I am giving this four stars because of how cheap it is. Last night we had a large pizza with five toppings, out the door for less than $ 11!
It is by no means the best pizza in town, but for a quick and easy bite (not to mention CHEAP), this is an excellent option.
Keep in mind that there is nowhere to eat inside at this location, and bench seating for only two people to wait. However, there is ample parking in the parking lot so this is an easy place to call ahead and pickup from.
