Please avoid this place! They are very bad with haircuts. I got the haircut done by the owner, not only she did a horrible job but also they charged me three times more than a regular price without my permission and without telling me that what they charge for the «VIP treatment» even though I did not request that. French con artists that’s who they are!

Muriel’s color, cuts and blow dry are unparalleled. It is rare for me not to get compliments after she styles my hair. She’s THAT amazing! I’ve been going to Muriel’s shop, Point de Vue, which is now located inside the Lionel Renard shop, for a long time. Muriel is so talented and the ambience, music and cappuccinos at Point de Vue just cap off a beautiful experience. Every time.

Betsy is as good as it gets. If you’re at all interested in boosting your self confidence by going from boring to extraordinary, this is the stylist for you. RUN, don’t walk, into an appointment with Betsy.
I went in with hair that hadn’t been dyed or highlighted in 14 years because I was too scared to get back into it after several disastrous experiences with bad stylists. After hearing amazing things about Betsy, I decided to just go for it! Thank god I did. I’m someone who is uncomfortable in the hair chair because I’m not very confident about my looks. But she made me feel right at home and happy to be there. Not only that, but she GETS you! I brought in pictures of Brigitte Bardot in hopes of doing an updated version of her, but get this: before I even showed her the photos, she touched my hair, looked at me and said «OK, my instinct is to do a Brigitte Bardot look on you.» I about died! She’s perfect.
I feel better about myself and get tons of compliments from friends and strangers. I feel like a new person.
Betsy is extraordinary.

Point de Vue is like family. I’ve been going to the salon for almost 10 years. Betsy is like a best friend and gives me the most perfect haircut and color each time. Reasonable prices for LA hair salons. I have recommended at least 5 friends who have gone to Betsy and they have fallen in love with her too! Plus they bring you a complimentary latte or coffee beverage upon arrival. Very loyal to Point de Vue!
