The WORST cleaning services ever! NO MANNER, asking us money without rendering Invoices. Stealing from our company yet defense herself.
This is how they treat their client. If you dont want to see this on your email please hire somebody else:

***Your letting me know about ***not fulfilling her duties is NOT PROFESSIONAL! And in most companies grounds for termination!!! I’LL BE SURE TO LET HER KNOW. THANK YOU FOR THE WRITTEN EVIDENCE.
You calling our office at end of day on Friday is not doing me a favor though our office may be in Rosemead it is presumptuous of you to assume YOU DID ME A FAVOR because you did not, we had to scramble to get the keys on Saturday~
YOU SHOULD NOT ACCUSE WITH OUT TANGIBLE EVIDENCE WRITTEN WILL NOT SUFFICE
UNBELIEVABLE YOUR TACT AND LACK OF MANNERS, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND FURTHER.
We terminate her service because they stole from our company and our employees complained about it, but instead of humbly apologize she showed her attitude And picking on something unrelated to the issue. There are many cleaning services out there and cheaper that will make you happy, skip this one.
NO WONDER HER BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN. SKIP THIS BITTER LADY!

We got the residential housekeeping/maid service… It looked like they didn’t do anything. We re-cleaned everything after they left because literally every single surface looked like it had not been touched. Stay far away from them. Total waste of money. The lady did not even bring a broom or mop.
