Went here a while back to go to a Vols watch party. Cool neighborhood bar. Tons of tvs to watch the game. Didn’t try any food so can’t comment on that but the service was really really friendly. Will definitely come back.

It’s a decent neighborhood bar good for grabbing a quick drink or for Happy Hour. It does have a bit of a college vibe at times and Saturday late nights can be a bit of a mad house but it’s not worse then any Hollywood(or West Hollywood) meat market while having a more casual vibe including better(not fufu) bar tenders who get to you quick. Like most Westside bars Q’s is not the place you go to get crazy, it’s best on week nights, a spot for regulars and those who are catching a game or happy hour and are looking for a chill casual place to do it. Happy Hours are most nights from 4 – 8(not sure about weekends) which I believe is one of the later ones on the Westside as well(most end at 7).

This would be an ok spot if they ditch the incredibly rude waitress(her name is Chase) and the asshole manager(with the nose ring). They will outright disrespect you and consider you the scum of the earth before even knowing who you are. Just because you work in a bar doesn’t mean you prejudge a person and openly ignore the feedback you get from your patrons about the rudeness of your employees. Did not appreciate that behavior and will never go back to this place because of the unprofessionalism I witnessed by those 2. As long as you aren’t exposed to the mental incompetence of the manager and that specific waitress(Chase) then you might actually be ok with this place.

I don’t hate it; I just don’t think it is my spot. Homogenous population. I think I was maybe one out of a handful of people of color. No special drink prices at around 8pm. Ample tvs to watch. UCLA basketball was on most of them. Not complaining at all about that. Had a private party upstairs so we had to stay downstairs, which was a bit crowded. Waitress was cool and came over to check on us. I give it a 3 because not my crowd or vibe but it is not a bad place. To get a 4, I need to feel the vibe on top of decent drinks, prices, and service.

Cool billiards place… Often a bit crowded but it’s definitely the scene and people go there to drink, eat, and play elbow to elbow. Vibrantly loud with lots of laugher and cheers. a staple for many Westside beer and billiard fanatics. The menu is basic and with nothing out of the ordinary for bar food, but its all tasty and anyone could find something to eat… Yummy fries! Downstairs is cool although it’s sometimes nice to sit upstairs, avoiding and overlooking all the bar traffic from the in door balcony, although it is more dimly lit and receives a bit less waitress attention. Great place to come with friends to eat, drink, stay, and play

A-OK is a perfect description of Q’s. Rated one of LA’s douchiest bars, you can pretty much anticipate what you’re getting yourself into when coming here. It’s a man-heavy sports bar that can get crowded during games(at least downstairs). It gets rowdy enough to enjoy watching a game here, but, as a female, and given the crowd, it’s a good idea to bring some friends. The good: –Roomy(downstairs and upstairs) –Lots of TVs –Plays most of the games –Big menu –Louder sports crowd(if you’re into that) The not-so-good: –If you sit at the bar, you have to look UP to see the TVs(as in my neck starts hurting by looking up) –Service can slow down quite a bit when busy –Some of the patrons can be, y’know, douchey

This is the best billiard club in Santa Monica! They also seem to have something going on from Monday Night Trivia to game watching days. They make their drinks pretty strong and the kitchen is open until 12:30am every night. They host several tables but on Friday and Saturday nights it can get pretty packed. Tables are $ 15/hour so it depends how much you want to play. I like going to the tables upstairs because they have a lounge area with TV’s if there’s some people in your group who don’t want to play. Cabo and Bruhaus are next door so it’s also a great spot if you’re planning on bouncing around!

It delivers what it promises. We went at 10 am to watch east coast football(Dolphins) and were surrounded by excited Jets fans. I’m neither a jets fan or a sports nut but visiting my son who wanted to see the Dolphins… maybe he should finally buy a tv. The guys enjoyed the day. The service was awful. My husband refused to tip. The food is very average. But it’s a cool scene and it is what it is. A bar with a lot of TVs.

I’m not one you’d call«a people person» so I don’t get out much. In fact, I don’t like being around large crowds, which there was at Q’s tonight. However, my mom told me I need to get out of the house so she can have her bunko tournament without me post-shower air drying in the corner of the living room. I took a trip down the street to Q’s and I asked for the celery and carrot platter. Long story short; this is the best goddamn celery I’ve ever had. This makes the Brentwood farmers market look like a flea market. Must recommend. Get the celery.

Upon first sight, Q’s is an amazing sports bar. I love the two-story layout, billiard tables, and televisions. The reason for my 1 star review is for their service. I’ve only been to Q’s sports bar once, but that one experience was enough for me to never want to go there again. It was a little over a year and a half ago that I went during the daytime hours when there were few people in the entire place. I could probably count on two hands how many patrons were in the place. Even though this place was empty as shit, I found myself having to ask to be helped. I could tell that the few people that were in there were regulars who probably frequent that place quite often, at the same damn time, every damn day. I figured this because the way they conversed with the staff about a whole bunch of nothing, as I was ignored. Once I finally decided to ask to be helped, the person seemed like I was bothering her. So I said«never mind», and proceeded to help my friend finish her shoot that was upstairs, and I immediately left after. I honestly had forgotten all about my experience at this place until I saw on Facebook that a dear friend of mine recently had a negative experience there. This is the same friend who originally recommended this bar to me. She frequents this bar every week during football season because she is a hardcore Dallas Cowboys fan. I’m sure she was there when The Cowboys got smacked up by my Patriots. Matter of fact, I’m sure it was during that ass whoopin’ that she had her negative experience at this place. Now that I see how they will treat a longtime supporter of their establishment with such discrimination, I feel that I must share my experience with hopes that they will take some actions to fix the culture of their business. I didn’t want to pull the race card out in this review, but it’s pretty hard to ignore when I was the only Black person in the entire building, and the staff was having meaningless conversations as I waited to be helped. You’re telling me that nobody saw that handsome Black dude standing near the bar? All he wanted was some lunch, but he always expects great service whenever he is spending his money at an establishment.
