What a treat. I was starving after being stuck in LAX traffic and needed to grab something to eat. I turned a corner intending to go around the block and go back to Ralph’s to grab a sandwich and there was a Quiznos near Bed Bath & Beyond. No lines, the employee working is a sweetheart and the sandwich was delicious. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Worst service ever. Sergio and Rubio I think we’re their names, were rude, lazy and seemed to not care at all about myself and at least 3 other customers in the store. 2 customers just walked out without their sandwich because these two idiots couldn’t figure out what they were doing or how to print a receipt! Don’t waste your time at this store, you’ll just be frustrated and disappointed at the total lack of customer service and lack attention to detail. Zero stars

Cleaner and more professional than most Quiznos. Friendly staff who speak professionally and side dish or condiment section is clean and looks to be fresher than average sub shops.

Friendly manager and the man who made my sandwich was quiet but attentive. It’s not a fancy sandwich place, but it’s easily better than Subway and a reliable(and cheaper) stop to/from LAX. Also a huge free parking lot in back with access to lots of other shops like BB&B, Office Depot, and a Citibank branch.

If olive it sandwich shop across the street wasn’t closed on Sunday’s I would have never even walked into this crapy place. This is by far the worst food I have ever attempted eating. The worker was by himself and the line was out the door on a Sunday. Maybe if he had some help from another employees my sandwich wouldn’t have been sh#%! Good thing they can’t fuck up a bag of chips from ruffles. I want my money back.

This Quiznos puts the«no» in Quiznos. A bad sandwich, poor service, high prices, sticky tables, and an unusable Unilocal Check-in deal relegates this Quiznos to the«Oh, hell no!» category. I tried a Turkey Monterey because it was on the«low calorie» list and comes with 4-Pepper Chili Sauce. The super thin meat, lettuce/veggie scraps, and dry bread are what makes this a diet sandwich … cause you’ll lose weight by not wanting to eat it. My wife actually made me drive to another place immediately afterwards for better food. So, you may actually gain weight because you’ll still be hungry and want to wipe a Quizno’s sandwich from your memory asap. The 2 guys behind the counter seemed lost. There was no customization or options for either of our sandwiches. You get what you’re gettin’ and that’s it. Then when I tried to use the Unilocal Check-in Deal for a $ 1 off a sub, the guy at the register said I had to print it out. I asked how do we print out a check-in deal and he said from home … but, umm, I can’t check-in at home. That’s the whole point of a check-in deal … after about 3 minutes I gave up and paid full price. I could of used the discount because with no drink and no chips, one small sandwich and one regular sandwich came out to $ 15.02. It’d be cool if this was Bay Cities, but not for these low quality sandwiches. Oh, hell no! The lack of cleanliness in the pepper/sauce area and a terribly sticky table were the final«no» problems for this Quiznos. When someone asks where you want to grab a sandwich from one of the many local sub shops in Westchester near LAX just remember to say«No» … I mean, «Oh, hell no!» to this Quiznos.

Not a very friendly manager. I order a sandwich. When it came out for the veggi side I didn’t even get to ask what I would like on it. Manager put lettuce and tomato with onions. I asked why he put onions on the sandwich if I didn’t tell him. He scraped away the onions and said here you go. Last time I eat here!!! It was hot inside the the building. Try a different place.

Food was good but the eating area wasn’t well taken care of and a bit dirty. There’s another Quiznos across Sepulveda near the Ralphs, if I’m in the area again and craving Quiznos, I’ll go to that one. There were two guys behind the counter, one making sandwiches and the other ringing us up. Even though they were not busy(more than 5 minutes going by without a customer coming in), neither came out to clean up the eating area, leaving almost every table with some crumbs or leftovers from the previous guests. If you go, I hope you’re experience is better than ours.

Grimy little place. The guy taking orders doesn’t have a great grasp of the English language but the sandwiches taste the same it’s just this location. The bathroom has a an out of order sign but if you ask for the key they let you use it… As for the peppers & pickles, they look like they’ve been sitting around for days. Overall just gross.

Waiting around LAX for someone to arrive. Desperate times call for desperate decisions. Quiznos is like a crappier subway. I got an Italian meatball and parts of it were still cold … Seriously. Not satisfied at all.

This location used to be so much better. They are sooooo stingy with the ingredients. The girl was painfully measuring out paper thin slices of meat like there was a shortage. Spent $ 1 extra for guacamole and got a teaspoon full on a large sandwich! No exaggeration. Then douse the whole thing in lettuce to make it look full. Cost me $ 10 for a sandwich I could have gotten at subway for half the price and twice the meat and veggies. Won’t be visiting this location again EVER.

Okay so this Quizno’s…I don’t know if it’s just been a long time since I’ve been tot his chain but I recall it being way better than this. The place was hot and uncomfortable, and there was only one person to do the preparing. I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich and the guys accent was really thick. then another customer entered and they started talking in spanish to each other. So I’m standing there still trying to place my order while this guy is only half paying attention to me. What horrible service. So the sandwich goes through the griller and the guy just puts lettuce and tomato on it before looking up to me and asking what I want. Well what if I didn’t want lettuce and tomato? Last time I went to Quizno’s they didn’t start putting on the fresh veggies until you told them what you want. I don’t know. Maybe I missed the memo somewhere or something, or it was just a bad day. I would usually praise the big Q above similar establishments, but this place was really bad. Thankfully the sandwich met expectations, but it was not as amazingly scrumptious as I remember either. And did the prices go up? And what’s the deal with airline food?

This is a pretty standard Quizno’s. It’s in a crowded strip mall across from an even more crowded strip mall in Westchester. There’s plenty of parking though. Not all of the sandwich artists(can I call them that or is somebody going to get sued?) are the best at English which can lead to some difficulty when ordering, but that’s par for the course in LA.

The food ain’t bad, but the customer service stinks. Twice two of the ladies that work there, were very rude. Twice they have gotten my order wrong. When I tell them I didn’t want an specific ingredient, they tried removing it but the taste was still there :( Hope your experiences are better then mine. I love Quiznos just not this one :(

I like this location because they’re not shady. The napkins and condiments are out. They don’t weigh their meat. The sandwiches just tastes great and fresh. The one a little more south on Sepluveda was disgraceful. They pre-package their condiments. It also looks dirty. Bleh.

Last week, I was given a gift card to Quiznos from work. I don’t go to these sandwich places very much because when I eat out, I usually don’t want a sandwich unless it’s a hamburger! Anyway, I’ve passed this location many times while in Westchester or on my way to El Segundo or Manhattan Beach. It was closed for awhile after they had an explosion there. They had to remodel. I ordered a small double cheese cheesesteak with rosemary parmesan bread and the beef was kind of salty and quite dark with onions. It didn’t look very appetizing. I think I’ve been watching too many of those food shows where they feature those Philly cheesesteaks and this didn’t come close… On the bright side, the guy working there was nice. Who knows what kind of sandwich I’ll pick next time in order to use up the remainder of my gift card…

The reasons this location received 2 stars instead of one: the service was friendly and the food was good, at least what I received. The reasons this location received only 2 stars: I ordered a roast beef sandwich with everything. By everything, I meant more than just roast beef, lettuce and tomato. Plus, the sandwiches are not cut in half, so after pulling it out of the bag, you either have to manhandle the large sandwich, or pull it apart yourself. Once I tried to pull it apart, the bread completely broke apart and everything fell out of the sandwich. Nice. At least they gave me enough napkins to clean up the mess. I tried this out to compare their $ 5 sandwich with Subway, and for my money, Subway is much better.

Whoa. Way better than the crappy, little location further south on Sepulveda. You know the one I’m talking about, aerospace people. The one that should’ve been the storage closet for Starbucks and Roebek’s in the Mariposa Ralphs shopping center. This one’s only 2 miles north of the 105 against most of the lunchtime traffic on Sepulveda. It only makes sense to go to the crappy little location if you walked, so lazyasses, get in your car and drive another 1.5 miles for a faster, better sandwich. This location is more competent, more spacious – ample seating inside and out, and has the beloved condiment bar that I had forgotten about(since the other location didn’t have one). A few qualms I have about the joint though are that it consistently smells like burning(my co-worker said it smells like beef, but is that really a qualm?); there was this strange after-lunch rush around 1 where, after we got our food, the line was consistently six people deep; and that the condiment bar wasn’t stocked with banana peppers and pickles, which was probably due to the after-lunch rush. But, oh those sammies! $ 2 gets you a great taste of a sandwich and the variety is good. I love small bites. I’d rather get small tastes of a bunch of things than the same taste of one big thing. I got a coupon for a free sammie with purchase of side and drink so lunch was $ 4.85(thanks Virgil!). This time I tried the chipotle turkey with hot sauce from the bar. Yums. Still, I have to say that Italian is my fave, with steak next, and turkey coming in a close third. Chicken(weakest meat of all), I’ll try you next time.
