Store needs to be cleaner and it was too filthy. Employees are nice but can be nicer. Store needs remodeling.

Man, the security guards on the front door are such gentlemen! Seriously royal treatment. What a difference it makes to the simple act of shopping when such friendly and polite people lighten an otherwise domestic errand. Thanks fellas.
Found everything I wanted; got in and got out. It’s Ralph’s. What more do you want, asparagus-​infused foot baths and Reiki readings? Nothing to warrant any less than 5 stars on my brief sojourn to a new to a supermarket in the opposite side of town to where I live.

Very good customer service. The store is really clean inside. The meat department does a good job of keeping fresh meats on hand. Outside the parking might be a bit dirty but that is because it shares the lot with a few other businesses! Over all the check out lanes are fast movers the cashiers are on top of there game!

I absolutely love this Ralphs! Even though it is considered the «hood» Ralphs, who gives! It does the trick. They have a fair enough decent selection. They have everything you need! The people that work here, are so sweet and amiable. I always see this cute black guy, who is light-​skinned. He might have a crush on me, but he always gives me free paper bags!
This place is always stocked as well. I never have had an issue with finding anything that I need. It is well organized, and the customer service here is really nice. I love this Ralphs, and I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars and not three is because A) I wish they had a flower section and B) Wish they sold already made California Rolls like they do in regular stores. :)

Better than expected customer service, great prices and selection.
Also, they had a sweet potato pie in their bakery section that was surprisingly bomb!

This review is for customer service.
As I have been on the hunt for the throwback cereal French Toast Crunch for the past week and can’t seem to find it. So instead of constantly wasting gas I started to call around. I have called quite a few grocery stores and none of them helped me out as the gentleman did today. He double checked for me as everyone else seemed to not bother.
I’m still on the search as they did not have it but at least he tryed to search for me.

Good Deals. Very Excellent customer service. Vast variety of products. Overall great place to shop at.

I love this Ralph’s. It has a better selection of fresh fruits and vegetables than ones in other areas. They are the only Ralphs in town with a Jamaican food section.
Organic leeks, Japanese eggplant, okra, fresh horseradish and ginger are always available in the produce section. Also they keep both flat and curly leaf kale in stock.
We consider the homeless a part of the local color and would object if they were moved. So if you are open to an inner city experience come on thru, but it is the culture of this community to care for our homeless and they actually make it safer for us.
Please don’t bring snooty west side attitudes over here messing up our community balanced Ralphs. Take that crap to Whole foods. Our Ralphs is safer, cleaner, and has lots more customers and food variety than west side stores. Just remember to respect our community, expect to be verbally checked if you forget, and welcome.

I really like this location! The staff are helpful and the product selection in here is not totally geared towards one culture so one can actually shop with the peace of mind that you can get familiar and useful goods! Also, the hot food section is awesome offering up various salads and fresh pasta! Finally, they have self check out! Wow! Not bad for the Hood! Or, what people think of the Hood! Keep up the incredible work… Thank you guys!!!

Yes this location is a bit active. Ummm yea it’s crossing Slauson and Crenshaw. Doesn’t matter to me because I love the variety of goods they have. I know that may come off as weird because one may think «it is a grocery store and that’s what they are known for.» Yea sure I get all of that. I’m honestly stating that because I currently reside in K-​town. I’m sorry but the selection of the Ralph’s over there will rarely have some of the products they sell at this location. Strange right? But I’m being honest. So, for those things «I» like to buy regularly, they have here. I like coming to this store when I’m in the area.
Customer service is friendly. The atmosphere is cool and the store is always clean when I visit.

Good customer service inside but poor security outside. Constantly approached by folks asking for money and they become verbal abusive when given a respectful no.
Considering the amount of money a person pays inside the establishment they should ensure their customers are safe as we exit and walk to our vehicles.

This Ralphs is probably one of the better stores in the neighborhood. Prices are right-​better than Vons. Food is always stocked and they have a great selection of specialty items like cheeses, meats, etc. If your in the area, defenitely come shop here, you wont be sorry.

This Ralphs… smh…I hate to say this the way I have to say it… But…I’m going to say it. It is OBVIOUS from the moment you walk in here just what sort of neighborhood you are in. From the ‘Leave Your Backpack At The Front Counter’ signs, to the EXTREME lack of fresh-​made deli items. Almost EVERYTHING in the deli is fried in vats of oil. The small selections of salads are full of wilting, sub-​par ingredients, and we will NOT address the sandwich condiments that have been sitting so long they have congealed to the buckets in which they sit. It is relatively clean, and the service is pretty great. It’s the selection that annoys me, especially in comparison with other Ralph’s in «better» areas. If you buy fruit or ANY perishable from here, check it thoroughly, and eat fast. I’ve had apples brown on me from a bite at the register to walking out the exit…

This is actually a really nice Ralphs. There’s a different one closer to my house, and I usually buy most stuff at Food For Less, but I think I’m going to shop at this one from now on. I went in and was pleasantly surprised by the organic and «hippie» options this Ralphs had. I was able to buy my soyrizo here. (It’s chorizo made made with soy instead.) Awesome. Picked up some Ralphs brand hummus. I wonder why some Ralphs stock this stuff and others don’t it doesn’t make much sense to me, but whatever. At least I’ve found a grocery store closer to me that’s got a wider variety of food options.
