RASPA Churros

Worst place ever! I wish I would have Unilocaled this place before setting a foot there today.
Purchased 3 raspados, 2 vanilla 1 mango chamoy. My mango raspado horrible pure ice and tajin with five tiny pieces of mango gross!!! My 2 vanilla raspados were disgusting the vanilla was spoiled, I couldn’t tell at first because the ice was so stiff. As it started to melt my husband would taste here and there but saw him and my son just left them there in fridge, so I went to take a look and taste, it taste like spoiled milk!!! So I smelled it and yes spoiled spoiled spoiled! The vanilla was floating gross!
I was upset and was just going to toss in trash but I thought this was not cheap to just throw away, and since I was not far I decided to call I explained what was happening and told her I wanted my money back. I told her I still had the raspados so she can see for her self. She told me to bring them in so I went this lady was the rudest lady ever! (yes the older lady with short hair) she was on the phone with the «owner» confirming if I can get my money back. She proceeded to talk to him in front of me I felt like to intimidate me, she kept repeating «she’s here» «can’t you see her in the cameras?» «She says they couldn’t eat it but it’s half ways gone!» Jajajaja lies it looked like we ate a lot because it had melted a bit. I told her «i never said we didn’t have some» while she was in the phone I did say loud and clear «we picked at it!» «It’s spoiled!» The lady was very rude disrespectful
Never once did she apologize or admitt she was wrong instead she kept arguing how she tasted the vanilla and it was fine. I nicely told her that it was not good and it was spoiled, but that it happens sometimes but she kept trying to justify and argue how I was wrong. Went on saying they weren’t asking or needing my money.
I said your right and I don’t need your poor spoiled service! Lol never going there again! Beware everyone!

Most disgusting place ever! First of all I walk in and see a handicap friendly sign! Definitely not, the walkway between the cashier and tables is so so small.
I called 10min before and asked if they had esquites. She said yes, and when I said thank you she went on to tell me the price as if I could not afford it. When I got there it was 4 o’clock I walk in and she called out to me that they had no more raspados. I said ok and waited for her to finish and come to the register. She then again yelled out I’m closing. I asked if that meant I couldn’t by my esquite that I called her. She said, I guess.
I was disgusted that after cleaning up with a dirty rag, she didn’t wash her hands. She got some mayo on her finger and put it back in the jar! So disgusting. When she finished I was waiting by the register. She told me «come get them here» I asked for a lid and she just said no! She then said I can put them in the bigger cups I said ok. She literally just tossed my esquite in the big cup. It made such a mess the cup was all dirty. When I was ready to pay I took out my card and she saw my cash and said «give me the cash» I was in shock that I agreed. The esquite smelled disgusting. I took two bites and found some black stuff in it. I threw it away and I got a nasty stomach ache after eating it!

The worst raspado place I’ve ever been to! When you walk in it smells like old fruit and vegetables! The churros and what ever else they have sitting there, looks like it’s been there for days! Just gross! Didn’t even want to give 1 star!!!
