REAL RocknRoll Resale

These guys were great. I purchased a piece of lightly used furniture from them. The price was very reasonable. They even helped me get the piece into my truck and they helped me secure it.

I finally got around to stopping in since I’ve passed by the store so many times. I’ve been searching for a a dresser under $ 100 and to my surprise I found the perfect one as soon as I walked in. It was $ 50 and was exactly what I needed. I brought my friend back with me to help get it back to my place and she ended up finding a cute desk and fairly new microwave.
Scott and Archie were super helpful and loaded our items. I will definitely be back to see what other gems I can find.

I wandered in here in search of desperately needed final touches for my new apartment and was rewarded by finding exactly what I had been looking the hardest for — a $ 40 desk in decent shape that would fit snugly into the nook in my living room. It’s perfect! The selection here is actually quite small, so I would advise looking online first at their Craigslist listings unless you are in the area.
That aside, if I hadn’t already furnished most of my apartment, I probably would have walked out with a lot more. There was a $ 30 lamp I sadly have no use for that was calling to me, as well as what Scott, the owner, referred to as «the ultimate cuddling sofa,» that I probably would have strongly considered.
Scott was really friendly and accommodating — he offered to have the sister company (Real Rock’n’Roll Movers) deliver the desk to me in West LA for a very reasonable price considering the distance, and was happy to hang on to it for me until I could get a friend with a larger vehicle than mine to come pick it up.
This is an awesome place to find a bargain — I highly recommend checking it out!

I was in search of a cool mini bar roller cart for my husband. A quick search on craigslist led me to REAL RocknRoll Resale. It was only $ 10! One of the sales associates was really helpful about putting it in my car. He was super helpful and friendly. This place has a down to earth vibe and I reccommend it to anyone looking for cool furniture!

Have used and loved Real RocknRoll for my moving needs in the past (thrice!), and so was pretty excited to learn about their resale business. I popped by on a whim, and walked out having purchased a vintage trunk with a weird wallpapered inside, a solid wood table, and two chairs with lots of re-​upholstery potential… all for less than a shopping trip to crappy IKEA. Plus, the resale business is attached to the moving company, so delivery is easy peasy. Also, they’re such damn nice people.
In short: Solid people, with solid furniture. Highly recommend.
