Do not use if you have an urgent need.
I needed a very urgent document notarized. Called in the morning and scheduled a visit to my house house in the evening.
Roughly an hour prior to the appointment, he wrote me a text and cancelled.
When i texted him back to express how unworkable this was and how I needed this done, he never responded.

Thought I was going to make things easy on myself and find a mobile notary. He came and did the job… a few weeks later went to file the papers and OOPS he forgot to sign his name on the notary form. My papers were rejected. When I called to have him come and fix his error, he came that day (thankfully) but didn’t offer a refund or anything except an apology. Not good business practice. Find someone who won’t make a mistake and cost you hours and hours of wasted time…
