who is the rude old lady answering the phone here, i mean die already, ur too old lady

RUDE people work there! Two encounters with two different people that work there. One actually seemed «nice» and willing to help, but when i called back immediately to clarify something, he picked up his desk phone and then hung it back up. (we had just disconnected, so his message was clear). I immediately emailed him asking for some clarification and he said, «look, Im busy and have a lot to do. Im sorry i can’t help you.»
Their receptionist at the first floor of the building was also INCREDIBLY rude as well. A sad reflection of their management Im sure.

Rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with in a professional capacity. Hung up on me before I even finished my question. She didn’t know if I was a salesperson, client, etc.
