**WATCH OUT!
These guys are shady. They just took over an apartment I’m in and they’ve jacked up the rent by 50% with conditions getting worse.
Currently, we have had trash overflowing into our garage for the better part of two days and no one’s cleaning it up. There’s a foul smell and when I called after work, they said it’s not an emergency. Rotting whatever isn’t an emergency? Breathing in contaminated air isn’t an emergency?
I highly recommend that you find another place to live. I’m moving out.

I’ve rented over a dozen apartments in Los Angeles over the last 20 years and SD Property Management is by far the best management company in Los Angeles. They’ve been great to me and have always responded (in some cases, to kick the onsite manager in the rear) to any problems I’ve had. I’ve seen so many poorly run buildings where things aren’t kept up and my neighbors are unhappy. I’m so glad I found SD!
