Serenity Massage

So I work not too far from here and decided to give it a shot and do a walk in. I paid $ 40 for a 30 min body message. The lady that attended me and gave me the message was friendly. However, the message itself was terrible! No pressure points nor tension areas were messaged correctly. All she did was run her hands through my body! What really bothered me was like previous Unilocal reviewers, she kept stopping in the middle of my message to go help customers that came in or called! Ummm HELLO!!! I am paying for these 30 mins! It was just in general a bad message. Also yes, I did not plan on tipping for this because I felt I paid for a service that was not done correctly and was not 30 mins, due to the walking in and out during my session. She had the nerve to still ask me if I was going to tip?! Never have I been asked this! Simply said nope. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been here a couple of times and was completely satisfied. However, the top review on the Unilocal article says that you can get 90 mins (hot stone/​hot oil) for $ 45 dollars — this is not true, it must’ve been a groupon deal or grand opening something. Just wanted to make folks aware…

Went here a few weeks back. I told myself I would never come back to these foot massage parlors that also do full body massages, but never say never. What bothers me about these places is that the masseuse often walk away to handle appointments, answer phone calls, or take a break from the massage, yes! take a break. That’s how I perceive it. I don’t particularly care for the hot towels that they use to wipe off your back of the left-​over oil because then you feel a chill when it’s no longer hot, another excuse for them to walk away from the massage (to get the hot towels)
You get what you paid for! As for the massage itself. I’ve had way better! Where are the real professionals! But high end spas don’t necessarily deliver better quality massages either!

Horrible. Came here because it was so close to my place. Big mistake, I had the worst massage of my live. It wasn’t even a massage — no pressure at all. If I could give 0 stars and review only I totally would…

I came here on a Sunday morning to release some stress and knots. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Very quiet, the ladies that both helped me didn’t really speak English but, I was able to communicate with them. I believe this location just opened up couple months ago. You can’t beat a $ 45 massage for 90 minutes! (Hot oil & hot stone) I already made my next appointment.
This location is super clean and I did notice them clean the rooms and bring fresh towels for their next customer!
PS: This place isn’t your happy hour kinda deal! If you know what I mean! They’re very professional!

Like a previous reviewer, I also was skeptical because I got the flyer on my car. However, we said what the hell, for the price– won’t hurt. This was absolutely the best VALUE of the year. Totally worth double the price. However, what makes this place a must come backer are the niceness of the people. I had a guy and my wife had a woman work on her. My wife felt like her masseuse had the perfect amount of pressure and smoothness. I agree but I just can’t roll those words off my tongue when speaking of a man in this instance. In fact, my wife is scheduling another massage tomorrow! Easily 5 star value– no doubt.

I was doubtful of going to this place because a friend of mine got a flyer on his car. Not typically a way that I deem a business reliable, but it was something different for a Saturday evening.
The rate was pretty unbelievable; $ 34.99 for 60 minutes. My friend and I got side by side tables with a curtain between us so we could chat if we wanted to. You can’t see into the curtain, so it was a bit private. We weren’t asked to strip nude, just to our undies, so that was good too.
The guy I got did an amazing job on the massage! For me, it had the perfect pressure for a Swedish massage. I also thought it was nice that he asked me a couple of times throughout the massage if the pressure was okay.
They also do reflexology, so it was dark and relaxing in the entire space. I thought for Ikea stuff, it was nicely done.
I’ll definitely recommend this place for the price you pay. I also plan on going back to try the reflexology.
I gave this place 5 stars because for the price, the ambiance, and the gratitude from the employees — it’s a steal. Definitely try it out!
