Shellie Roque Hypnotherapy

I had Shellie recommended to me by a friend and I have been going to her for a year now. She has helped improve my life in many ways. There is a clear progression to what she does. I can’t say enough good things about Shellie and Shellie Roque Hypnotherapy.

Shellie is amazing at helping people! She’s particularly good at working with newbies or people with special situations or special needs. It’s totally, totally worth it!

Shellie is a very kind and insightful person, and I’m grateful for her ongoing support. She has been very flexible when it comes to rescheduling and (traffic related) delays, takes her time with me and takes care of creating a peaceful, calming environment, but what stands out most to me is the hypnosis part of each session. Shellie guides her clients with a soothing voice into the state of hypnosis and no matter with how much inner chatter and turmoil I have arrived, I left feeling much calmer and centered.
The therapy so far has helped facilitate many great changes, and I’m excited for more positive change in the future :)
