Took my guitar here for a pickup swap & a few mods some time ago. Was told 1 – 2 weeks max. Waited 2 weeks. Called & was told guitar would be ready by the end of the following week. Called then & received another excuse. Ended up picking the guitar up untouched 6 weeks later. It sat in his garage collecting sawdust. Sacha didn’t seem to care he couldn’t keep his word…

Took my Gibson Songwriter Deluxe and Les Paul in for a fret dressing and setup. Sacha was really helpful and friendly, got everything finished on time, and when I picked up the guitars they looked and played like new. The best service I’ve had since moving to Los Angeles last year at a more than affordable price. Will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended!

Sacha fret dressed my Jackson neck-​through soloist and installed two EMGs, bypassing the solder-​free janky hookups for real molten metal, that’s my man. Plays awesome, and I got exactly what I wanted with no smirks or scowls at my string and tuning choice (11 D’s nuts). So satisfied am I, gonna have him fix up my archtop baby next with a new ebony pickguard and handwound Armstrong PAF floating pickup. Reasonable prices, and with a handsome plaid-​accented smile to boot…

I’m a soap maker, not a musician but I want to add a great review!
I was looking for someone to repair my industrial soap cutter as it required fine work, strings, special parts and other knowledge that were all beyond me, and a friend recommended Sacha.
He was super nice, took one look, had everything I needed, and repaired my cutter right there on the spot. And for a great price!

Picked up my Music Man bass today from Sacha and it plays great! Took it in for a setup, and he did a phenomenal job at a price that can’t be beat. I dropped it off tuesday afternoon, and he was done (on time) Saturday morning. I’m sure he could have done it sooner if necessary, but I wasn’t in much of a rush. Great service at a great price!
