I came here a few days after Christmas wanting to take advantage of their 30% off special. The salesperson (I can’t remember his name) helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses and was very friendly. I had quite the opposite experience at sunglass hut, where no one even tried to help me.

I came Into the store to exchange a pair of diors that I got from a different location and the manager Milan was nothing but amazing! She really helped me and made me feel like a customer. She went out of her way and called other stores and did everything she could do to satisfy me. I will definitely be shipping at this location from now on.

Great visit to Solstice. These are the third pair of aviators I’ve bought from here and Eddie is always helpful and honest with the recommendations he gives. Excellent customer service!

Omg came in cuz my Chanel aviators were bent and I didn’t want to attempt to fix them myself and Eddie totally hooked it up and fixed em for me… took this heating machine and warmed the joint up or something and bent them back… he was so sweet… amazing customer service. … i totally appreciate him!

I had problems with a pair of sunglasses and took them back to this Solstice, where I had bought them 5 months earlier. Both Eddie and Patty were great… smart and good-​natured. They both took time to tell me how to deal with Safilo, the manufacturer of the sunglasses (and Safilo does not exactly make it easy to work with their 1 year warranty), and them helped me with a workaround that was simple and replaced my sunglasses with a minimum of hassle.

* Take advantage of seasonal promos. Who doesn’t love a sale?

Another great visit to Solstice as I narrowed down on my sunglasses of choice. My favorite employee, Jason, was there again, and spent almost an hour pulling options for me and giving me his opinion. He knew what he was talking about but wasn’t pushy about it. He could probably sense my indecisiveness because he offered to put my final two pairs on hold for me so I could decide. My only problem: I’m still unsure!
Love this place, wish I could buy a new pair every month!
