I ordered something very simple; a tall, medium roast coffee. The barista who took my order filled my cup all the way to the very top. I know it seems a little petty to be complaining about an overfilled coffee cup, but it really ruined my experience here. I made a mess of spilled coffee all over one of the aluminum tables outside Which Wich because I was not expecting my coffee to be leaking out of the top when I got it! I mean seriously, she could have at least told me that she overfilled it so I would at least have a heads up. I would have grabbed more napkins had I known!

I work in the area and often stop here for a drink in the afternoon. Without fail, they always get my order wrong. Whether it’s adding non-fat milk to my low-fat iced coffee, or forgetting the lemonade in an Arnold Palmer, I always have to ask to have my drink remade. It’s an annoying hassle. I have worked in the service industry, and I understand that customers can be a pain in the ass, but I’m always pretty courteous and polite about it. I know it’s not an easy job, and I’m sure the employees here deal with a lot of rude people. Generally, the baristas are understanding and will remake my order without a problem. Today I just wasn’t in the mood, late for an important appointment, and it was not busy at all — the same thing happened, they forgot to add lemonade to my iced tea. I mentioned that this happens a lot in passing, and the barista gave me a nasty look as though I was insulting him. I’m sorry, but it’s just not that hard to make a drink properly. I don’t see what’s wrong with getting what you pay for. If there’s a communication problem between the cashiers and baristas, it should be rectified.

Parking is great. There is always a plenty of spots. I love my coffee with peppermint syrup. Somehow I order coffee+peppermint three times at this location and it taste different from other stores every time.
