Starbucks

Came here after a late lunch for a little pick me up (Grande Americano)
Drink came out perfect and the staff here was very pleasant. The overall feel & cleanliness was top notch as well.

closes at 11 and not at midnight. 45 minutes and counting in drive through. hardly moving at all, can’t back up can’t go any further

So I’m kind of pissed.
First thing– I’m a partner!
I understand that through a shift, partners get tired, and even grumpy sometimes. Whatever.
But I came through the drive thru today, around 1:15, I was in the passenger seat and handed my partner card, to my coworker who was driving (I work two jobs, one Starbucks) and I wasn’t paying attention until my coworker asked if he used my partner card, he said yes, HE LIED to her face! the total came out to 9 something for three drinks, that’s normal price for two iced coffees and an iced Americano!!!
I evens used the app to ring up my order… no discount applied

Thomas, Alex and all the ladies here always serve up fast and accurate service with a smile. I’ve been frequenting this Starbuck ’ s almost since it’s inception. Thanks guys! Always glad to see you!

I can only say i was impressed… Location very clean and cashier took my order with a smile that clearly made me feel better cause this weather is terrible today thanks Freddy! My lemonade with mangp syrup was perfect!!!

They never make iced caramel macchiatos correct everything else is very subpar not the best look for a starbucks at all ! Wait is always long. slow workers
