Horrible service! Waited in drive-​thru for over 30 minutes, just to get to the window and find out my drink can’t be made because they’re out of non fat milk.

They take FOREVER to give your drinks .! I wish there was a 0 START. WORSE STARBUCK’S I’ve ever been.

Out of almost everything not cool love Starbucks but really disappointing when they don’t have the drinks you want or even the size of drink you want should check inventory more

They take forever to give your drinks most of the time and if they heat things up, they still give them cold to you. I come here because I work close by but they have to step up their game.

They worked properly and consistently even tho they had a lot of costumers in store and drive thru

I love Starbucks! My favorite is the caramel frap with extra caramel. I absolutely enjoy that and once I finish it I just wish I could go back and get another. Unfortunately this place has the rudest and most disrespectful employees. I work in a restaurant so I understand what excellent customer service is and what it’s supposed to be like. Although this is the closest Starbucks to my home I will drive the extra mile to another one. I officially HATE this place. I pull up to an empty drive through and I sit there for a couple minutes with no one saying anything. At this point I was beginning to get annoyed because they weren’t busy at all. There was no one inside nor outside. Finally someone says, «hello how can I help you?» I asked for two grande caramel fraps with extra caramel. I also get a vanilla bean. The girl asks me, «do you want extra caramel on that too?!» Doesn’t sound like a big deal, but that’s because you didn’t hear her tone of voice. It was so disrespectful. I proceed to say «no, I dont think the vanilla bean comes with caramel.» To make it all worse she says with the same if not more disrespectful tone, «oh I thought you wanted some but never mind I guess.» At this point I was furious because I felt that she was being really disrespectful. Why would she offer extra caramel if caramel isn’t even on the vanilla bean? I’d understand if she asked «would you want to add caramel to that», but that wasn’t the case. She tells me my total and I roll up to the window and wait patiently for several minutes watching them laugh and talk while my order is sitting there on their counter. I’m furious. She finally comes over to the window, gets my payment and I’m on my way. I was very disappointed as well as furious. Never again will I be going to this Starbucks. These baristas can’t even do their job on a slow night, what makes you think they could possibly do their job in a busy night? This was on December 1^st just before 6p.m. Girl who helped me was a short chick with glasses. Beware of this girl, she’ll probably disrespect you too.

Woman at the drive thru was not paying attention. Had to explain my drink 4 different times. She kept messing up. Need to improve the customer focus at this location.

They deserve no stars worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to there way to slow with there drinks and drive thru is worse

South Central getting white washed. Beards, tattoos, short pants, no socks and MacBooks. There goes the neighborhood!
Nice clean place, cool staff, a bit slow but it’s probably because of the drivethru people.

Well the hours here on saturday are open at 5am not 6am. I need my morning coffee like i need air. Service was great, i was greated and got my drink the way i like it. Service under 5 min, which other 5AM spots there is usually a line and i need coffee before starbucks. The place was really clean, couple of tables inside and a drive thru. Nothing wrong as far as I could see. Will return to this location.

Wth is up with this place! I been waiting more than 20 minutes for my drink. I waited for ever in line, I asked the girl what king of loaf bread do you guys have she says «we have a lot» THIS PLACE NEEDS MORE and BETTER TRAINED PERSONNEL

How long can it really take to make a drink? Sat in the drive thru for half an hour and they couldn’t even say «sorry for the wait». The inside of the store wasn’t even full… If I could’ve gotten out of the drive thru I would’ve done so… To make things worse once I got my frap it was watered down since it had probably sat there for a while…

I was drinking my Trenta Black Tea very happily and when I got all the way to the bottom, «I found this surprise.»

This messed up my night. How could the barista not see this big green fly? I truly have bad luck with flies, but the Starbucks employees should have notice they were giving me a dirty and unsanitary cup. I will call the manager as soon as I get the time.

Starbucks, in my eyes, will be overpriced coffee. MInd you, I don’t mind going for a frappucino every once in a while. But to begin with, this Starbucks is in a plaza that has no parking available. Good thing there’s a drive-​thru, I refuse to go inside. To actually make your way to the Starbucks seems like a mission itself. Once you get there, the menu is visible and you get a nice little view of the inside of the store. The window is literally right after the left turn. The service is quick and friendly. I’ll still come here since it is on my way to the freeway.

Smallish Starbucks that attracts customers with no manners. I was sitting there minding my own business when a young girl and her son come in and the kid proceeds to sit at the same table as I was and tries to take my drink. When I refuse to hand over my $ 4 coffee to a toddler, he screams bloody murder and spills my cup of water dangerously close to my laptop. He also proceeds to spill the entire content of his cereal box all over the floor and then picks it up and puts it in his mouth one by one. All along, the mom is on the phone chatting away and couldn’t care less. There was also another mom and her kid there taking up a table without ordering a single thing and the kid kept rolling his marbles across the restaurant and then retrieving them from under the customers legs on his knees. I guess Starbucks is not at fault for attracting all sorts of people but I am always curious about their policy for allowing people to sit there without ordering a thing.

Orders are accurate. BUT why does the dive thru take almost 30 minutes to get your order. Management needs to step it up and address this issue. So time consuming. Why have few baristas during morning rush– EVERY day! Locations are extremely few in this area. Review is based on overall timing of service.

I am pretty impressed with this location. I have yet to use the drive thru, but I have ordered inside several times and have been very happy with this barista! The line has never been super slow and items were received pretty timely. The place is spacious, bathrooms are clean, the place is clean, and the barista is super friendly.

This place is always pack drive thru and inside. People complaint about their effectiveness, they might have 25 customers in there but they only have 2 blenders to handle the job. Give them a break :) go at night 9:00 pm there is less of a crowd look at the pictures.

One nice place of this disgusting part of LA this part of LA is horrible, so when I’m here I come to Starbucks and it’s a little better.

Quaint, friendly staff, good atmosphere and gosh darn it I love the smell of coffee! Lol
The drive thru is always packed and inside it’s a bit too small but if you come in at the right time it’s positively perfect to chill out and have your caffeine fix. I positively love getting the strawberries and cream frap here it’s really yummy.
