Went here for the first time today, as I was craving a coffee treat after my Target run. Firstly, they made me a caramel waffle cone CREME frapp when I simply ordered the caramel waffle cone frapp(which is coffee based, not CREME based). They didn’t even ask to specify. If they were confused they should have asked. So, obviously that’s irritating since I didn’t get what I paid for & I didn’t start drinking until I was leaving the parking lot, so I just settled for the $ 5 non-coffee drink that I didn’t really like. And to top it all off I now have the worst food poisoning. Apparently they must have left the milk or whipped cream out too long. Never will I come to this Starbucks again. My incorrect shitty drink was not worth this stomach pain I’m now enduring.

Employees and the service is terrible! I came here a few times with an alright experience but did notice the employees were careless and aloof. Usually I get a coffee and a hot cup of water for oatmeal. Every Starbucks I’ve ever been to before has been kind enough to give the hot water for free. Though I would have no problem paying for the cup and service. This manager/cashier insisted I pay two dollars and some change for the water. Whatever. No big deal. Paid it and they gave me the smallest cup. I kindly asked if I could have the water in a larger cup to use for oatmeal. The barista said this was the only size for hot water to come in. The manager defended her. Not a big deal and definitely a first world problem. But a little kindness goes a long way. These guys were cold and definitely didn’t seem excited or interested in helping out.

This location sells lattes that can be a hit or miss. For the most part I like it because I always go before a 6pm class and there’s never a line. But I will admit, not every barista here know how to make a good cup of coffee. I don’t expect an AMAZEBALLS cup of their finest beans, I’m just asking for coffee that doesn’t suck. And sometimes… that smoked butterscotch latte tastes like it caught on fire and came back from the dead. Lesson learned, I shall stay away from their sugary drinks and just order flat whites.

I have tried this place several times and service is terrible… They are way too long even to just serve you a pastry! I ask for a double espresso macchiato and I got a cappuccino and when I questioned the barista she said that was the way to do a double espresso macchiato. When I told her how to do it(2 shots of espresso and milk foam without milk) she was still insisting that the way she did it, was right. They have definitely lost a customer!

I go to this Starbucks frequently and they are terrible at actually filling the drink to the top(or at least near the top?!), especially the tall black lady who works there in the mornings. I usually order lattes or macchiatos and it’s always a third of just FOAM. I even ask for NO foam and it’s still a quarter of foam with not enough milk– at least 1 – 2 inches of space at the top, lukewarm drink. It’s basically like ordering a grande or venti, and getting a tall’s worth. The location is convenient for my Target runs, which is the only reason why I go so often. The Starbucks inside the Ralph’s upstairs is better.

This location is a huge improvement after the store remodel! The seating expansion is incredibly helpful, cutting down on the crowded experiences I previously had. The old Starbucks here usually featured lackluster employees that often made my order incorrectly and didn’t care about it. The new employees are wonderful — prompt service with a smile. The Frappucinos here are just as good as any standalone Starbucks location, and their Iced Tea is brewed just the way I like it. I’ve tried the Cake Pops and Chocolate Chip Cookie from the pastry case and everything has been fresh-tasting. A great stop before an hour of intense shopping!

One barista is really kindly welcomed me and my friend when We went to there 10 mins before closing. We ordered two Chicken panini and Iced Americano, and it was great as usual. He treated everyone nicely.

They make pretty good frapuchino, but gosh they are way too slow, due to the lack of having enough staff on premises.

This Starbucks Coffee shop located in City Target makes your order sooo correctly and quickly! Their servers are very polite as well cheerful. They don’t allow any tipping! I wish that this location would receive a larger quantity of their Starbucks branded Hot Panini Roasted Tomato & Mozzarella sandwiches to sell. I’ve gone their 3 days in a row to buy that, they were out.
