Starbucks

Horrible customer service. After they gave me a broken cup, they refused to make me a new drink because the were «busy» so they just poured it into another cup leaving me with no caramel in my caramel macchiato.

Extremely rude employees! Came by to pick up a phone order and they didn’t have it. In fact they doubted I was at the right location despite showing them on the phone. They eventually made the order, or at least what they had available, after a longer wait. When I tried to confirm that the order was correct they told me to just check the cups. Will be avoiding this location in the future

A very small café with very limited seats. Came here on a Sunday night and the partners here are very nice, great team work! The restrooms are so clean, bright and shiny! I got the chocolate brownie, I think Starbucks made it smaller now with the same price… But, oh well, it’s still yummy! Will definitely come back here if seats are available!

I thought I walked into a college study hall. Nothing but a sea of laptops with buggy eyes entranced to them. All were students and student groups with no room for a social cup of coffee with a friend. There is barely any room to walk in between the tables and chairs, especially me, with a big purse. I don’t think I will visit this store much because it truly has been forfeited to CSUN students. I peered over the counter to see how my drink was made and I was surprised that they are made with cheapest ingredients. Low brand milks, fruit sauces and flavorings out of generic boxes which look unappetizing. What is most disappointing is that the beautiful outside fire pit has never worked. Calling the district manager now to find out why the quality does not match the price of their offerings.
Take a number at the door all you industrious students, cause space is limited.

Drive through is always fast. Drinks are made correctly and are delicious. Only reason it’s 3 stars is that the last Italian spicy sandwich I got had a huge section of green mold on it. I won’t be ordering food at this location again.

I’ve been to this location a few times via drive through and walk-​in. The employees are always very professional and courteous. Their customer service is on point.
For a Starbucks drive-​through, I would say they are pretty good and getting the line pushed through as a quick as possible (In my experiences).
In short, I would say that if you are nearby and want a good Café Mocha then stop here!

Can’t purchase $ 45 worth of merchandise because they can’t break $ 100 bill? INSANE!!!
Let me say it in a more ridiculous way. A high-​volume Starbucks with 15 cars currently queued in the drive-​thru can’t give me a measly $ 55 in change???
If you can’t accept currency, you really should take the green out of your logo.

Love the drive thru here and inside is nice and cozy. The staff here is always nice and friendly. I’ve never received a wrong order before so that’s a big plus with this location as well. They also have a great outdoor patio for sitting and drinking your coffee under the Sun or stars… take your pick.

The baristas are so nice to me :) some of them even know my order by heart lol
Even though it gets busy sometimes all the workers are still really nice and polite. This is definitely my go to Starbucks :)

Drive through is a plus. The people are nice. The service blows chunks.
I waited 20 minutes for a coffee. A COFFEE! And forget the cream, there was a line there too and no cream, milk, half and half or anything else over there. There were at least fifteen people waiting for drinks. 5 employees on a Saturday morning — Three people working on the drivethru, one girl making drinks, one at the register, and one guy doing stock. Incredible how bad this was.
The place is rarely clean. And I haven’t been there yet when I can actually sit down because there are always people. Once, I was there when a homeless man was sleeping at a table, another homeless couple carrying everything they owned took up another table near the door — none of them actually had any drinks or food in front of them. Some young kid with a skateboard — who didn’t seem to need money — asked me for a dollar.
I thought a starbucks location here would be good; Whether it’s the area or the management, I’ll drive further to get a coffee.

This place is awesome for couple reasons:
1. The awesome cool crew
2. The blasting fast internet (thanks to Google as they’re the ones providing it here)
3. Wireless charging for phones
4. There’s always a seat even though it’s packed!
Not to mention that it close late so you can study /​work /​meet people all day long!

This location is busy, like most of them. Its also in the heart of CSUN. This spot has as outdoor fire pit, with plenty of seating around it.
Also has move refreshments and their new flavorful wraps. A lot more food, sandwiches and bottled water to go.
The employees here work well together, they really move the line though. Not sure with the drive –thru.I could see a least 3 employees working just the Drive-​thru.
They also play some good music. Must of all the employees are friendly. Good Job.
