Dirty place and the food just looks old. Oh and when I asked for lettuce they sprinkled it on as if it were salt and pepper just for taste. So on top of being an unpleasant and filthy looking place they are also stingy with their ingredients. I should’ve booked it based on the fact that my first instinct was to nervously search for their inspection grade but I was on my way to my hair appointment so it was my only option.

The second star is because they relieve the monotony of being in a laundromat. Blecch. Chains like Subway pride themselves on being uniform around the world and this one pretty much meets that except for a smaller than average vegetable case and only two kinds of cheese(«Swiss and White»).

I visited this subway at 9 pm. Both employees that were«working» were outside of the sandwich prep area and the young lady that began preparing my family’s sandwiches seemed to have been bothered that I came to disturb her!!! Then, as it was more than 1 sandwich, another male employee came to help her. Both gave me the feeling that they were upset I disturbed their leisure time. This place just lost a customer…

Ingredients are pretty old and look like have been there for a while, not fresh at all. On top, I witnessed a worker take the cheese off a tuna sandwich and put back the tuna smeared cheese on the cheese box… hum. maybe I’m just picky.

First off the service at this establishment is very bad, the workers have been rude to me on multiple occasions(I come often to the laundermat) I really don’t understand what their problem is. Maybe it’s because there is no manager on site making sure the service and cleanliness is up to standard. Not only is the place filthy, and the workers rude but when I ordered there I noticed a fly in the cookie cabinet. I notified the workers and they made a small attempt to get rid of the fly and eventually gave up and left it there. The cookies were not thrown away they kept on selling them. Smh

GROSS, RUDE, FILTHY, 1 star is still too generous. I know you can’t expect much for a 24hr subway in a landromat, but this was rediculous. The«attendant» was rude to both me, and the person before me. I sold have ran away when I witnessed how rude he was to the customer in front of me, but I was stsrving, and pressed for time. The sanitary conditions here were pretty horrendous, but again, it’s in a crappie laundromat. I just love the illusion of sanitary standards, when the staff wear those plastic gloves, then proceed to touch everything in sight, so now the bacteria is on your gloves instead of your hands, what’s the point there? STAYAWAY, drive down the street to some of the far superior choices on Sunset Blvd.

Horrible isn’t this a 24 hours place? we came in at 8 and they said we can’t order anything at the moment because they are cleaning to come back in 30 min Wtf? Employees just seem rude and lazy

I went to subway and in instead of welcoming me. Jesus the guy working there was so unprofessional … I lost my appetite literally. He rushed me when no was behind me! Rounding his eyes at me. This isn’t a top notch restaurant nor does it have lines out the door but I digress. This is why I don’t eat out people disappoint me.

Worst customer service by Jose and Alex. Rude and very slow. Drive a few more minutes to another subway or experience the rudeness from these to not so mature men. No manager/supervisor on site.

Not sure I understand why every girl working in this subway is so rude. Management get your people to learn some basic service!

I love that this Subway is inside a laundromat! I don’t know why but I think it’s fun. It’s the same as any other Subway… the sandwiches are good and the employees are nice. Plus, it’s open 24⁄7. I suppose my review only applies to service after midnight, which is when I’ve gone. There has never been a line or any problems whatsoever.

Very upset. 3 people told me how bad the service and food here. But I could not believe service is so bad. The guy who served me was talking to his friend all time. Forgot to toast it and put cheese. In the end they Dropped my food on the floor… The guy got pissed and left. So I where have to wait till another worker will take care about my order again. And food was so unfresh.

This review applies to this subway between the hours of 10PM and 4AM. If you go during the day, good luck. I’ve never been during the day and I can only surmise that it’s significantly less pleasant. I work nights, so my sleep schedule is pretty much inverted. Thus, in my area, this is one of the very few options for food around when I get off. Literally everyone who works the night shift here knows me and is friendly, actually puts effort into making their sandwiches, and are never bitchy about me showing up at 3:30AM and demanding they make me a sandwich, as some other subways are. I would actually tip if that was a thing at subway. It really makes a difference how friendly and cool the employees on the late shift are here. After I’ve gotten punched in the face at work or I’m coming in sick as hell for some soup, it’s really nice to have some people who are just nice to me while I’m getting food. As for the location, I love people watching, but it might not be for you. Hobos launder their socks so they can stay the night, and spanish language TV blasts over the speakers. Sketchy hippy kids with tiny little teeth and huge gums may sit down with you and tell you about how they like your hair and that they just rode a freight train from big bear to somehow end up in echo park. I like it. According to these other reviews though, I wouldn’t go during the day. I can imagine the Laundromat and subway becoming a total shitshow if they’re busy.

Due to it’s close proximity to my place of employment, this Subway has become my every-day go-to restaurant for days I don’t bring a lunch. Although it’s one of the smallest Subway’s I’ve ever seen, when there is a line, it generally going fast. Don’t be afraid that it’s within a laundromat.

you simply can’t beat the convenience of this subway. get a sandwich, go to the bank, get starbucks, even a frutas man outside during the day… all in the same building. other stuff too(laundry, metro pcs, western union, internet café, rent movies), but not for me. plus, can’t top a 24-hour subway. their sandwich artists are adequate. the produce is super fresh i think ’cause it’s so small and they have to replenish often.

Never again, Subway. Never again. I thought you were convenient. I thought, «I have to do my laundry anyway. I can get a veggie sandwich and at least feel slightly good about sitting on my ass for the next hour or two.» Oh, how wrong I was. First of all, the service here is just awful. Even at off-hours, a line will form out of thin air due to the staff’s excruciatingly slow pace and inability to comprehend simple orders. Is it just me or do they keep certain toppings in other rooms? If you ask for spinach you can add an additional 3-to-5 minutes on to the time it takes to get your sandwich because the«sandwich artist» will inevitably have to search for it. One time, even though there was a line nearly stretching out the door during lunch hours, there were two people working on building my sandwich. Really? It takes one person to cut the bread and another to add the cheese slices? Second of all, it’s located in a laundromat. Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like the air quality in a laundromat isn’t the best, so maybe keeping all those condiments in the open air isn’t wise. That can’t be healthy, can it? I was content to not review this Subway and spare it the embarrassment of a low rating. But then last night the unthinkable happened. I was in need of a quick bite and stuck in rush hour traffic on Sunset. I thought I’d pull into this Subway instead of driving to the better one one Glendale Blvd., because that would be the opposite of «quick». I was okay with sacrificing quality for timeliness. I walk inside, and there’s no line. Two girls standing around chatting. I ask for a veggie sandwich. Again, two people start building the sandwich. It was hard to keep from chuckling. Since I wasn’t going to have any meat, I asked for avocado. One girl reaches for a brown, half-used avocado that had clearly been sitting out all day, and the other girl stops her and tells her to use a new one. The girl cuts into a new one and there’s a huge black bruise on one end. She tries to cut it off ANDMISSES. Then she starts scooping this black avocado onto my sandwich. The other girl whispers in Spanish that she should use another avocado. The girl grabs another one, which also turns out to be bruised AND streaked, and continues scooping black and brown avocado slices onto my sandwich. It was the most unappetizing thing I had ever seen in my entire life. I asked if they were all bruised, and she said she didn’t know. I should have just turned around and left right there. When I got home I had to dissect the sandwich and remove all the bruised parts(plus the two or three skin shards she apparently forgot to remove) before I could eat. In the slightly-altered-for-content words of famed Simpsons character Comic Book Guy: «Worst. Sandwich. Ever.»

the worse F-ing subway ever! It’s attached to a laundry mat and a starbucks, which isn’t my beef with the joint. i had a major craving for a delicious subway sandwich with extra Pepperoncinis and since this is about 2 blocks away from my house, i rolled up. i got my typical sandwich. i gave her a 20 and she only gave me change back for a 10. When i confronted her about it, we argued for a few minutes about whether i gave her a 20 or a 10. I noticed a line started to form and finally I said, «F IT,» and left. Sure it’s only a few bucks, but it’s the principle of the matter! F-ing SWINDLERS! here’s what tops off this FANTASTIC visit to this subway. as i’m exiting the parking lot, some dumbass who isn’t paying attention, backs out of a parking space right into my car!!! she exits her car and says to me, «didn’t you see me backing up??» WTF??? can you believe this?! to recap… go to this Subway, they’ll steal your money and you’ll get into a car accident.

There really isn’t a difference food-wise when you are talking about subway. I used to live a quarter mile from the subway in bloomington, IN that jared started getting skinny on. I should know. They all taste the same. I would typically give a subway 3 stars on taste alone. This subway happens to be located in a Lucy’s. I hate going to this place. It’s so open, and loud, and dirty. Not the best place to chow down on a sub.
