Subway

This store is newer than others in the area, and it a little more convenient for me than other Subways in the area. While the food itself is as good as it is as most places, I’m going to go ahead and give the service here an F. Not necessarily for the food part, but for the drink part.
I’ve recently been on a caffeine-​free diet, but I still enjoy a nice cup of coffee every now and then. So that’s what I ordered, but first I asked if they had decaf. They said yes. Noticing that there was only one pump thermos of coffee out, one with a black lid, I asked if that was the decaf. They said yes. I double checked again with them, because I really didn’t want any caffeine, and I explained that it didn’t look like decaf, and they said that was it. So, I went for it. Sure enough, it had caffeine.
I emailed Subway – not to complain, but to see if they even sell decaf coffee in general, and if they do, how they mark it – and after a week or so, I got this response from the owner (I’m guessing):
«Dear customer we are making only regular coffee so do not confuse yourself .That’s way we are not putting sticker. Sorry for that subway 4941»
Okay, so no decaf, at least at this location. I’m not confused anymore, but its staff obviously still is – and those are the people who need to know.

First I order a turkey breast sandwich. The sandwich artist pulls out a chicken breast and puts it in the microwave. Second sandwich I ordered was a Italian BMT. There’s no ham to be found in this sandwich. Also my girlfriends sandwich was a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, No teriyaki sauce to be found on the chicken after asking the girl at the counter she said it already had. Horrible subway experience

It seems every time I come here I get severe apathy and attitude problems from the employees. The food is standard subway fare, but I don’t get why every here is so miserable all the time.

The employees are inattentive, rude and inefficient. They always have trouble closing sandwiches (with only a few toppings). They seem to put in the bare minimum effort here. I used to work at a Subway and I know it could be done better.

Great speedy service. I’m always here during my lunch hour specially when i’m in a hurry.

I live two blocks away from this subway– and they are great! Always nice and very accommodating. Good parking in this complex (more down below) and a great selection of other stores (a pharmacy, nail salon, etc). My usual sandwich guy always is nice about me trying new things. He prepared a special BBQ Pork sample for me! (New!)

Five dollar footlong goodness! The sandwich artists here are really friendly, extremely competent, and they detail your sandwich just the way you like it. I’ve come here on the way back home from UCLA, I usually stick with the BLT, Subway Club, or Meatball Marinara. =)
