Very bad customer service. I go to this location every now and then to get me a sandwich, and every time I go it’s a bad experience. Their not friendly, they don’t speak, they always look irritated and they don’t listen. They lady who helped me didn’t ask me what size sandwhich I wanted she just assumed I wanted a foot long and didn’t even ask me. Then had the nerve to get a attuide with me and said something to the other lady in Spanish. I didn’t appreciate it at all. That’s why I’m happy you can write your experience on Unilocal just to give other customers a heads up.

Oven didn’t work, workers didn’t care what you wanted and gave you random meats in your sandwich

If you don’t like your job don’t work. The lady that works the night shift was so disrespectful and didn’t want to do her job had no customer service skills, she should be fired

Compared to my last subway experience this one was way better. The guy who took my order answered all my questions. This store looks like it actually is open 24 hours. Great customer service. Plus they still had soup.

Went to subway late at night. I’m so disgusted. Walked in, ordered two sandwiches that was a total of $ 20! Ridiculous. Both women who were working at night had the worse attitudes. As one of them was making my sandwich SHESNEEZED, away and kept making the sandwich. UMEXCUSEME, please replace your gloves and step away for a second. Meanwhile a homeless man walks in asking how much would a sandwich and soda be, as the other lady was giving him attitude she should have just gave it to him after bickering back and forth. $ 20 for two sandwiches because they charge for feta cheese, and to top it off she barely added any ingredients, so when I asked her could you please add more, she added one bell pepper which made 4 on my sandwich. If you don’t want to be working and have attitude towards guests, I suggest you find another job. I would give no stars if I could.

I never take the time to give bad reviews but… One of the lady’s that works here is mean as fuck. I was asking her if a sandwich was included on the simple six inch meal deal and she just snapped at me saying«the price is what it says in the computer, it’s not me.» So I just left and as I was walking out the door she yells«goodbye sir!» as in fuck off sir lol. Whatever, seems like she was having a bad day but fuck that. Don’t take it out on me. I was coming here every night after work… Won’t be going here anymore.

I’m a sucker for Subway. I’ve always loved going there and I usually order the same sandwiches. This subway is really clean, relatively spacious and the staff are very friendly. ENJOY!

Very small but clean Subway. It’s so small that they don’t have a display for the types/names of bread. For those of us that don’t eat at Subway often, you kind of have to guess and point when they ask you for the type of bread you want. Very busy at lunchtime. The 3 ladies working behind the counter are non stop and get the line going quickly. I thought the bread was a little bit more chewy than I remembered but I don’t eat at Subway often. There are enough varieties here to fit everyone’s food choices.

I have been to a few Subways and this one by far has to be one of the friendliest and cleanest one I’ve been too. Marisol was so helpful considering the fact she was also training. Morning staff rocks??? Plus they’re open 24 hours.

The food is the same as any subway however the parking is inadequate. They only have 3 tables so you have to either sit on the curb or in your car to eat while getting harrassed by aggressive panhandlers. No thank you.

I come to Subway a lot lately because it is easy to count calories. I am usually satisfied but I just opened some soup that I ordered and it’s straight water pretty much. YUCK! Maybe it’s a fluke but the broccoli and cheese soup is a big no go today kids.

This isnt a review based on food because all the subways taste the same in my opinion. Its more of a review on customer service. But out of all my subway experiences in different locations this by far is the most friendliest and the most FASTEST subways I have been to. I work around the corner and i frequent this place often, during lunch hours they have lines almost out the door but they get to each customer quickly and efficiently. Who can complain about that when you are short of time on a lunch break!

Was actually at a meeting in West LA yesterday and guess what I grabbed for lunch. hahaha… Subway, eat fresh! My usual sub at $ 5 — the Subway Club omega 3 bread, provolone cheese, spinach, lots of tomatoes, cucumber, pickles, mayo, mustard, oil extra vinegar, salt and pepper untoasted. YUM!

I’ve been to a few Subways, but I think I like this one the best. The people here are very friendly, they even know my name. Even when the line is out the door and you think you will be there forever, they go on turbo speed and get to you in and out in just minutes.

My relationship with Subway stems all the way back to my youth, when I would munch on their sandwiches between tennis matches or during cross country bike trips, when it was the only(and therefore best by default) option for nourishment while tackling climbs or coasting over the rolling hills of Wisconsin(good biking country for those who care). Part of me thinks I’m not capable of writing an unbiased and objective culinary opinion on Subway, but then food, like other forms of art, is a subjective medium, so whatever I have to say might have merit to some, and not so much to others. The naked truth is I do see Subway for what it is: A convenient and fresh alternative to all the burger joints of the evil American fast food dining landscape. The sandwiches aren’t culinary inventions, but they are classics in their recipes, for what it’s worth. If you are what you eat, would you rather be a greasy processed patty of cow intestinal meat, or a trio of roasted and mostly fat free cold cuts? I’ll take the latter. The Subway v. Quizno’s debate: Do you prefer Subway’s approach to basic and affordable sandwiches that don’t aspire to be more than what they are, or Quizno’s aim to create more savory sandwich concoctions, only to be dissatisfied with either the execution or value in terms of cost? It’s sort of a substance v. style argument, albeit a retarded one. I have to say I side with my pseudo-friends Jared and Happy Gilmore. But I digress… My order, 60% of the time, everytime: footlong subway club(roast turkey, ham, and roast beef for you Subway noobs) on jalapeño bread, with Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard, mayo(sometimes when I think I’ll need the calories), and the works veggies — lettuce, tomato, red onion, green peppers, olives, cucumbers, a little red vinegar. I usually add myself extra virgin olive oil, avocado, and some freshly ground black pepper when it’s accessible. Throw in a bag of jalapeño potato chips, raspberry or regular iced tea, and maybe even a macadamia nut and white chocolate cookie, and you’ve got a lunch that is mostly guilt free, and fuel for your body and mind, if not for your palate. P. S. Quick shout out to the employees at my local Subway: they know my name and exact order, kind of makes me feel special, if not a lame dork.
