Im passing out sandwiches today to the employees at work and it just hits me that I left my bag with laptop, wallet… my life in a bag, at this subway location at woodman/sherman way. I run back there and see one of the employees was looking after my bag. Felt I owed her more than a generic«thank you», so, without counting, I pulled a small wad of bills(felt like it was about 20 bucks or so), handed over to her and said«here». As I walked back to my car, she ran after me, shaking her head, then hands me be back a $ 100 bill. There’s subway everywhere, but I like to buy from people I really like and who make an impression. This location definitely has my business! Trustworthy Staff… Awesome Food.

I have been going to Subway with my family once or twice a week for 12 years and after consistent bad service at the two regular locations we tried this one and it was a great experience the girl was amazing for name is Claudia and we’ve been there four times always had her and it was amazing and we told her the story that we were about to never go to Subway again until we experienced her. Then I had received a text message since I signed up for their rewards programs that morning that said come in anytime within the next two weeks and get a free drink with your sub. So I showed her that she gave me the drink but then when I went to pay some nasty woman named Rosa that came out and grabbed it from her and said no I can’t get the drink till tomorrow I would have to come back to us with the receipt and get it. I showed her the text and it said today and she said well I’m not going to argue with it’s not my problem and then I told her that with that kind of customer service she was going to lose customers. Her response was you think I care if I lose customers, I don’t care how many customers I lose. And I told her well she just lost my family’s business for the entire subway organization for life. Her response was I don’t care if you ever come back to Subway I can lose as many customers as I want it doesn’t affect me. I asked her if she would say that front of her manager and she started to walk away. I said I’m going to give you two options you can apologize nicely now and genuinely or tomorrow we can have a serious talk with your manager. She said I don’t need to be harassed by any hypothetical and walked away and then when she walked away the nice cashier said she was so sorry call this supervisors number at this time tomorrow there’s no way she should ever treat anyone like that and she should be fired don’t ever go here.

Best experience I had. Amazing customer service and I would come back again. I didn’t think I would care enough to have such a good experience to write about it at a subway I wish this is closer to my house

I ordered the pastrami sandwich both times and on the second visit, it was filled with so much fat. I mean, everyone knows that there is going to be fat in a pastrami sandwich, but the amount of fat was overwhelming. So much, that I took a picture of all the fat I pull from just one sandwich. My second hang up is with Poonam… one of the employees, who has given me attitude on two occasions! She was bothered that I redeemed a free cookie offer AND for entering my phone number for my wife and I on the frequent visit IPAD! This Subway us so anal about rewarding frequent guests, that they end up push customers away! I will NEVER be back again with my family of six… all thanks to Poonam!!!

I came by the other day to this new Subway for the first time. Right when I walked in the you can feel the happy vibes from the employees. The sandwich artist who assisted me was named Simran. She is the best with costumer service and helping me make the best choices to make my sandwich yummy! The other employees are also awesome and love to get a conversation going! Best subway with the best costumer service! I recommend this subway if you are looking for polite/awesome people to be helped by! Most def im coming back here soon!

I’ve only been here once, but my first experience was awesome. The employees were very nice & helpful. The sub was pretty tasty & the ingredients were fresh. Definitely coming back to this subway! By the way this restaurant was very clean. The cookies are very moist & delicious!
