I have been coming here for years after trying different nail places in Los Angeles, I always get compliments on my nails, ALWAYS ! I am always happy with my acrylics and they never break. I can’t fight that it’s a bit sketchy but the work is great and cheap.

I dont have a complain on the service at all I walked in they greeted me I told them I wanted a gel manicure. Sat down got it down and my nails got cleaned and the polish came out good. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the establishment being extremely filthy. It doesn’t look like they’ve cleaned in years and this is no exaggeration. The walls, equipment, fixtures, mirrors, everything is absolutely filthy!!! They eat while theyre doing pedicures. It scared me when I saw her pouring alcohol on the cuticle trimmer right before she started. I didnt know if it was because she didnt clean it or does she use the same set for everyone and alcohol is the only way she cleans them… anyway its safe to say Ill be going elsewhere for my nails.

Not worth your money. My friend did her nails here for her prom and paid over $ 35 for french tips. They’re not even colored fully to be charged that way. It was so ugly and nasty. Don’t recommend.

Paid 39 $ for French nail tips. The nails are crusty and uneven. I would never recommend this. I wish I can get a refund because my nails are not what I wanted. Don’t waste your time and money. Zoom in on my pictures and you can tell how bad the quality is. My nails are not even smooth to begun with. I’m extremely pissed off.

DONOT waste your time at this place, unless you like uneven nails, glue all over your fingers and like to pay extra charges for things that come standard at any other salon. This is THEWORST place. They were RUDE, blamed their mistakes on my nail, applied the wrong size, UNSANITARY(they reused paper towels on my hands), and didn’t even manicure. When I asked if they’re going to cut my cuticles, they said it’s a $ 10 extra charge and told me if I wanted them done I should’ve told them before. Oh, did I mention they asked me if I’m going to write a review of them on Unilocal and threatened that if I do write something unpleasant they«can do something to me too»??? I am in shock. Never in my life have I had this kind of service. I will never be coming back here again.

Ok, I was actually shocked when I walked into this nail shop. The building doesn’t look good on the outside and it sure ain’t better inside either. I’m giving it 3 stars solely based on manicure I received the other day. Not sure how sanitary they are but they are damn good at filing and coloring your nails. Call and make an appointment! Street parking only so be prepared!

I’m used to going to those super fancy nail salons that look really pretty because I like to pamper myself by getting my nails done. but I just moved to the neighborhood so I’ve have to find a new salon. I just wanted to go somewhere walkable so I stumbled upon this place. didn’t look like much but I had Lee do the fill for my acrylics and OMG he did such an amazing job! I like the stiletto shape and am particular about it and he rocked it. even though the place doesn’t look amazing he is, he’s my new nail guy and I’m not letting anyone else mess up my shape. I also got a pedicure and I thought the guy took his time and did a nice job. the prices are good and although I’m seeing bad reviews, I actually had a nice experience.

My manicure and pedicure didn’t last more than a week, the place is pretty run down but they do have a large variety of Essie and OPI colors. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

You think you see 2 stars for this review, but it’s actually 1 star. This is one of those«1 star simply because that is the lowest rating you can give on Unilocal» reviews. I’ll say off the bat that it gets one additional star because I had some young guy(emphasizing«young» because there was another old man in the store) who did my pedicure, who did quite an outstanding job. But what they did to my hands cannot make up for what they did for my feet. I had a fifty-something woman who did my nails. And I can only say this: I can do a better French Manicure with one had tied behind my back and a blindfold on my eyes — totally intoxicated. This place is grungy, small, dinky, and immediately turns you off. The woman was sprawled out on the sofa, barefoot, staring us down when we approached the door that had a gate that was locked… as if pondering whether she must get up to unlock the gate for us or not. Upon entering, you’d think she’d at least offer a hello or a smile, but no… staring and then a simple, «You want mani or mani/pedi?» See, I missed all the«signs». I should have turned around when I approached the storefront. If not then, I should have walked away when it was locked. I should have run away when I saw her sprawled out on the sofa. I should have backtracked out of there as soon as she asked me that question. But nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. For someone who can be quite brave, if not downright scary when I must be — — I sure become chickensh*t from time to time when the best thing to do would have been to cast a curse or throw a hex and walk out. I stayed. Not just that, I paid. Even a tip. Chicken-sh*t, I told you. And had a huge catastrophe on my fingers to show for it. Given time constraints, I had no choice but to go out that night with the nightmare on my fingers. But you bet I found another nail salon the day after and had them redo my poor fingernails. It’s blasphemy what they do here. You wanna know how bad? As I got back into the car, I ruined the perfectly good pedicure the young guy had given me. RUINED one toe as I brushed it against the car door in my haste to get out of there. Did I go back in to get it fixed, for free? Oh, hell no. I fixed it myself with the same color when I went to fix the whole situation on the next day. I decided I’d rather closed toe shoes that evening than go back in. Blasphemy, I tell ya!
