This is the place to go. Period. Cameron is so experienced, knows his own inventory inside & out, as well as what else might be available to order. He’s is patient, funny and generous with his time and knowledge. I had a somewhat complicated warranty issue that he saw through over a long period of time… but we persevered. His installers are top notch as well. A+++

If you’ve been through major renovation, you know everything that can go wrong, sadly, does. Cameron was my White Knight, in 8 months of devastation, he was always calm, said just the right words to calm me, too, used his superb taste to advise me, first on wool carpet and later on a laminate floor (I’d been having disastrous results with others companies’ hardwood floors where planks didn’t really match). I get more compliments on my floor than any other part of my architect-​designed new «Great Room.» I just had a plumbing fiasco that ruined a small portion of the hall floor, and bless his soul, he tells me he has some of identical material stored in his warehouse. Both the carpet installer and the floor layers he sent were excellent craftsmen. The store is well located, well stocked, Cameron is almost always there to give you his personal attention. He was a bright light in a dark time. I remain grateful for his gentle manner and all his accumulated wisdom he willingly shares.

We were looking for a sisal rug and checked all of the major brands and outlets we thought might have good ones at a good price (home depot, crate and barrel, west elm
etc). We strolled into Sunset Plaza Carpet not expecting to find anything at a great price. On the contrary! Not only was it fairly prices, but Cameron helped us look through color options, edge finishes, etc. We had WAY more choices then other big stores and Cameron was so nice and helpful.
Our rug looks great, it was quick and easy, fair priced and Cameron was very helpful and kind.

We purchase hardwood floors for our home. Lots of types to choose from. The owner, Cameron, took his time with us, taught us about the difference the millimeters of veneer thickness makes, and went out of his way to get samples for us to take home to make sure we would love the flooring once installed. He knows his stuff.
They had some beautiful wool and silk carpets too, but my husband rushed me past, as we had to stay focused! Very glad we bought from sunset plaza. Will be back for rugs!
