This place serves the most disgusting bean burritos. The beans always seem to be old. When you’re hungry and on the go and then open your burrito to look like this and then to have the employees treat you like it’s YOUR fault that your burrito looks like it was served outta a dumpster. This place is disgusting. DONT COME HERE.

This fast food restaurant has the worst service in Boyle Heights! The employees that are responsible of making the orders can’t even do that sh*t right! It has been multiple times that they get my orders wrong and I have to return so that they can fix it’ and others times where my food items are missing. Im done with this fast food restaurant. I bought a burrito from Taco Bell today, and took it home. About half way through my burrito I took a bite and I noticed that I was chewing on a piece of plastic bag. That was disgusting because I don’t know where that piece of plastic has been. Not only that but I also ordered a side order of Mac & Cheese and they never gave me that either. I’m never going to this piece of sh*t restaurant again and I would advise you not to go either. But if you do make sure you inspect your food before you eat it.

So i regularly dont write reviews but today i was just outraged on the bad customer service that this taco bell/​kfc gave (Gabriel). As i we ordered the guy seemed frendly but by the time i got my oder he changed his attitude. I let him know that the order was for here and instead of politely saying «im sorry let me get a tray for you» in which regularly theyd also get the food and place it on the tray, he turns around and pushed the tray at me and looking and me like «what?». Ignoring the fact that he gave me attitude i sit back down. As it begins to get packed with customers, instead of helping out the customers first he start to talk to a past co-​worker while the line backs up. As he then takes care of an elderly man he yells at him instead of politely raising his voice. To end it i will say this it looked like he was having a bad day, but please keep those issues at home instead of bring them at work.

I don’t blame the Unilocalers below me. This place seriously seriously seriously sucks big time. They are fucking terrible! I’m not kidding I’ve been here well over 50x’s and it never gets any better. Fucked up attitudes, long ass wait time, what else could possibly go wrong? Oh yeah how about the staff are a bunch of 17 year olds. Ughhhhhhhh

Never had a problem with the food there. Customer service is slow and horrible. The drive thru line is always backed up and ½ the time the restaurant isnt open when the posted «Hours of Operation» sign says they should be.
