This was by far my worse experience at a fast food spot. The service from the cashier «JOCELYN» was horrible and disrespectful. Ima pray for her.

I love this place! I’m actually upset they don’t carry the nacho cheese chalupas anymore and when I ask them to substitute the sour cream for nacho cheese with the supreme chalupas they charge me 25 cents. But other than that I like almost everything I’ve tried on the menu.

The girl at the drive thru is a real bi¥@h horrible attitude it’s Friday mid day maybe that will help you know who she is. She was even talking back to me. She wouldn’t let me order more items before she was giving me my total. She had my order all wrong, then blamed me for her mistakes

I have never experienced worse customer service at a Taco Bell location. There have been numerous times I have walked up to the register and not even been greeted for 2 – 3 minutes. That happens about half of the time I come here. There was one time where I just walked out after a few minutes of not being attended to.
About a quarter of the time, one of my ordered items is incorrect. Ordering a few simple items off the menu will often warrant an awkward back and forth conversation as I have to clarify.
The poor quality of the food isn’t any different from other Taco Bells. I know what to expect; I just need that Taco Bell fix from time to time. What gets me is the poor quality of service. This location is noticeably understaffed.

This Taco Bell is always having a problem. They either close Early and make fun of their customers or they pretend they’re closed! Super shady!

RIPPED OFF!!!
Ordered my food at midnight. I payed nearly $ 1.00 for sour cream on each item. 2 of the items did not have the sour cream I paid for. And 4 of the 6 items were under the heat lamp so long I couldn’t eat them. The potatoes in the potato tacos were hard as rocks and the beans in the bean and cheese burritos were dry like dirt.
There should be rules for how long something can be under a heat lamp and still be served.
I literally just got ripped off!

A one star rating isnt going to kill a Taco Bell located in the heart of Hollywood but seriously guys when TB launches some momentous Quesalupa on a Superbowl Sunday, try not to deliver the most underwhelming article of food. What did a quesalupa look and taste like? A chalupa. I guess there was cheese in the shell but it was solid and thin and barely visible. Either that or all Taco Bells are having the same problem and there is a complete disconnect between their ads and the product (which I know there usually is but never so titanically in my estimation).

Came in an Isaac was so polite and pleasant and he informed me many people come and get Vegan items so all I have to say is «vegan style» and they will take care of the rest! How awesome is that!!! Made my day!!!

I was so thrilled to have Taco Bell for the first time in a couple months. I don’t live close to any location so I took time to drive here. Once I arrived the line was moving slow but all good bc I was looking forward to my favorite spot. When I ordered there was a girl on the telecom who was very polite and clear. She’s cool. I’m not sure what happened from that point on but once I got my food I noticed they notoriously mixed up not one item, not two, but three AND gave me incorrect change AND tried to pass a taco in foil that looked like my 3 yr old nephew made as their quesadilla. After seeing this place barely has two stars and my experience, I know to never drive out of my way to go to a Taco Bell again. ADIOS!

I understand that this spot is vagrant capital of the U.S.
However; that does not justify having the meanest little
Female dog of a manager running 1^st shift .She will not respond verbally to customers. She obviously hates the position she is in. Nothing wrong with that except
I did not sign up to share her displeasure with the F**cking place, and the dirt bags they let run the dining room.
Besides that huge PR problem, I’ve had a friend contract food poisoning here. I’ve limited my visits to emergency steak quesadilla cravings only .
That said, the bathroom is made of vomit.

It’s taco bell, what can I say? They’re understaffed that’s for sure but I can’t blame the employees for that. It can be a bit slow sometimes but over all it’s one of the cleaner taco bells I frequent.
Damn pissed nobody serves ghost pepper sauce anymore though :-(

The worker at drive thru was a joke!
There was only 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru line and was nobody behind us. No line inside either.
The worker sounded in rush and kept saying «is that it?» like 4 – 5 times while we were still looking at the menu and ordering.
Okay so we were done ordering, drove up to the window… saw a hand hanging out of the window with my drink in it. The way he was acting like didn’t even make us think his service was «quick» but he was obviously rushing us!
He said «$ 12.04» before we barely got to the window, and waited so impatiently with his hand wide open to demand money (–_​-​;) I was pulling my card out of my wallet then he said «$ 12.04» again with irritated looking hand moves without even waiting for 5 seconds!
That’s when my bf said «damn I know that! HOLD ON!» Then he said nothing, turned around and went inside to bag our food. How rude!
Other than that, food was okay, just regular Taco Bell food.

Costumer service is always good when im there in the evening, i started to stop by frequently in the morning’s and i knotice that sometumes the girl working which i think may be a manager is minding the drive through and the front counter this can be somewhat irritating to some people specialy if you are at the front counter waiting because you literary dont see anyone there she gets there eventualy. I walk in there with time but i can understand people on the move may be bother by it, i saw a guy go off on her a few days ago first nevause he had to wait a bit then because she took his order and whent back to the drive through.

This review is in response to the lovely staff. There were some extremely rude customers in front of me in line today and our cashier, Jocelyn Z, was incredibly professional and patient. She also got me a diet Pepsi when it ran out in the dining room. Cheers!

Come on people we all know Taco Bell is king of the fast food world and all others pale in comparison. Those beans must have nicotine in them because I am addicted and I don’t care. New creative items being rolled out to the general public on nearly a monthly basis… with consistently fantastic success? A man among boys the Bell is. This location is open till 3AM (24hrs on weekends) so you are STOKED for that 4^th meal. Got plenty of time to work it in.
Plus, during certain hours of the night you can get different characters and creatures walking around… its like a ride at Disneyland you get to slowly drive through called the Insane Asylum. Or if you want… you can pretend One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest 2 is being filmed… and you are driving right through it!

It is no wonder these guys have such a terrible rating it’s because their customer service is very terrible. I came to order my food for the morning they open at 7 a.m. nothing was open so I had to go and honk at the window because their machine was not even on for me to place an order. Then when the girls actually get ready to open the window she give me a finger basically telling me to wait it and then she decides open window. If you are not wanting to open at 7 a.m. Taco Bell you can always change your hours. I would understand the delay if this was a 24 hour location but it is not. I know it must be fun to control when you open the window or not just to have control over your customers but we are simply ordering Taco Bell this is nothing serious is not a high end restaurant.

The customer service here is great. On several occasions they have given me old breadsticks (they are also a mini Pizza Hut)… So now I ask if thy have any fresh when I want some. Other than that, cool

Ordered soft chicken tacos
And they gave me potatoes on my taco. Instead of Chicken.
And make it worst called them up 4 times .They keep hanging up the phone.

It’s a combo location with both a Pizza Hut and a Taco Bell. So the menu board is completely overwhelming between all the options at the two. Prepare to spend a few minutes squinting unless you’re such a regular that you already have your order down.
Other than that, pretty standard. Easy in and out. Open late. Friendly and speedy service.
