I was looking for a Chinese console table and found Terra Nova on Etsy. I was uncertain about buying vintage furniture long distance, but the staff were extremely helpful in sending me additional photos and in arranging the shipping. An excellent experience, and the price was completely fair.

I just received my antique console that I ordered from Terra Nova designs. I absolutely love it!
I live in Miami and to tell you the truth, I looked everywhere for a large console that fit my husband monster screen TV. I needed a long 80+ inches, very difficult to find! When I found it on their website I COULDN’T believe it!
I love it. They ship it to me and arrived in perfect condition.

It is always a pleasure to wander into Terra Nova. As soon as I enter the store I take a deep breath and remind myself to stay calm. It’s a «candy store» without the sugar. With so many beautiful and unique pieces to choose from, I have to remind myself of my specific needs. I walk systematically up and down the aisles and take little breaks to compose myself.
Peter, Alejandra and their staff are always pleasant and helpful and I sometimes find some really great deals! It is always worth a visit, even if just for a look.

I have been buying furniture from Terra Nova for years. Both the owners Peter and Alejandra couldn’t be more customer friendly. They have a wonderful policy of letting you take the furniture home and seeing how it looks in your home. The prices are very fair. The merchandise is magnificent and I love the pieces they choose to show in their showroom.
The pieces are authentic and unique. If you want something they don’t have Peter is willing to do his best to locate it for you. I highly recommend that before you go anywhere else I would suggest going to Terra Nova on Sepulveda Blvd near Olympic Blvd.

What a wonderful furniture store! I found this place with my friend yesterday and fell in love with it.
The owners Peter and Alejandra were so nice and helpful. All the gorgeous furniture pieces were such great quality. I found out that they can do custom designs and pieces as well.
I’m hard to inoress with furniture but this place had great designs. I love some of the Asian accents and the woods. We sat at a wonderful dining table that you could mix and match benches or chairs.
Rustic, quaint yet upscale and the prices were reasonable for LA.
The showroom is huge and has great parking right in front. It seems they are having a nice summer sale and they were all about customer service. So many of their customers come back from what it seems and I can see why. I wish everyone to visit here and do all their home furniture purchasing. You won’t be disappointed.

BETTER THAN 5 STARS!!! A class act all around with excellent quality furniture and the nicest, most decent people. Alejandra, Peter, and all the staff are wonderful.
I ordered 2 madison chairs and 3 bar stools to be delivered to pennsylvania. The furniture is beautiful. One of the chairs leg was damaged during fedex shipping and when fedex wouldnt pay for the chair, the wonderful people at Terra Nova took the old chair, replaced it with a new one and ended up having to pay for shipping to pennsylvania. They ended up paying for shipping twice (once for the original chair and once for the replacement chair). Alejandra, Peter and the rest of the crew are the epitome of honest and decent business owners. I simply cannot give enough thanks and praise.

I have been buying gorgeous and affordable furniture from Terra Nova Designs for years! their showroom is gigantic and every single item in the store is beautiful. everything is hand picked by the owners, Ale and Peter and you could not ask for two kinder people. this family-​owned business is at the top of my list when it comes to customer service. need an item delivered? no problem. special order? no problem. recycled furniture? they have tons of it. this is one of the true gems in los angeles. i endorse terra nova designs and highly recommend them :)

I recently went online to view Terra Nova’s products. I found a large vintage console that I loved. The pictures were realistic and the product information was thorough. I ordered the piece and heard back immediately to arrange shipping. I just received the item I purchased and I’m so pleased with it. It arrived just as it looked in its online photos. I would eagerly recommend this resource to anyone looking for quality, unique furniture pieces.

I ordered two custom nightstands from Terra Nova, and they are beautiful. They came out exactly as I had imagined, and the sizing is perfect. I searched for months for the perfect nightstands due to a unique sizing/​space issue at my house, and I am so happy I came across Terra Nova.

After weeks of searching for the perfect nightstands, I finally decided to check out Terra Nova since I see it almost every day when I drive home from work. I’m SO glad I did because I found exactly what I wanted and was in and out in 20 minutes! I love finding the perfect thing and snapping it up. The staff was helpful and did not pressure me on the sale at all, basically leaving me alone to decide and weigh my options. They have so many great pieces and their prices are reasonable given the quality. If you like an earthy, Asian-​inspired, world traveler theme to your home, this is a great place to search for some wonderful items. They also have very convenient parking which is a real plus when you make a big purchase!

Terra Nova Designs has gorgeous home décor from the Far East.
From assorted furniture pieces to hand carved to stone Buddhas & Quan Yin’s and everything in between — Terra Nova has got you covered. I have fancied this store for quite a long time and have finally made my first purchase. YAY for me!
Prices are a bit high but look out for a sale or possibly work out a little better deal with the owners who are both very nice.
I’ve taken some assorted photos which is only a very small sampling of this huge store filled with all sorts of gems!

Asian décor.
I am always looking for new items for my new place, and this store has a great selection. Am especially looking for some type of Asian-​ish buffet for one wall. Trucked on through the store and found all kinds of things from buffets, to tables, chairs, screens, vases, lamps, mirrors. A real find. You have to look around and concentrate, because there are so many things to see.
I will be back when I have more time to contemplate.
