I gave them 4 stars because they’re always out of jalapeño bagel when I go and I would have given them 5 stars if they would have them tables clean they are always dirty not like the beginning. but after all their bagels are still good and also there muffins also there coffee as well

I went there today for coffee because it is closer to my office than the Starbucks. The small coffee was $ 2.50 and it was luke warm. I go back to refill it about an hour later and even though they give you a cup and it is self serve I go into line to tell them that I want a refill. The cashier looks puzzled and asks me if I left the premises. I say ‘yes’ and she doesn’t know what to do and smiles and says that will be $ 2.50. I didn’t want to say make a big deal about it but I felt really stupid for being honest and telling them that I left the building. So I paid $ 5 for lousy coffee this morning and I felt like a jerk for trying to do the right thing. I will walk the extra block and go to Starbucks from now on.

Meh. I checked in on Unilocal and instantly received a coupon for 10% off of my order. When I showed the cashier, she said that it was probably for the Beverly Hills store and that they don’t have a rewards program. I really don’t think the Beverly Hills store would offer me a discount at a different store and this has nothing to do with a rewards programs. Clearly, she hasn’t been trained properly. Other Unilocal reviewers commented that the bagels are a bit chewy. They are. But they’re very good. The shell is just crusty enough without breaking the skin on the roof of my mouth. The inside is light and fluffy, but also a bit chewy. We got there early in the morning and there was plenty of parking. The jalapeño bagels were room temperature, but the water bagels were warm. Purchase Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese at your local supermarket. It’s the same product, but cheaper. We will try again tomorrow to use our 10% coupon.

It’s weird to say this, but this bagel shop is one of my favorite restaurants in the Fox Hills/Westchester area. Every time that my wife and I end up here for a bagel sammich with coffee or a soda, we are really happy with it. The staff is always nice to us and the place is generally bustling with LMU students anytime within striking distance of the morning. While it’s not always sparkling clean because of the foot traffic, it’s a pleasant place to be and the breakfast sandwiches always come out steaming hot. The bagels are pretty delicious with that soft, warm texture inside of a just right outer shell. I know they’re bagels, but they’re really good bagels. It can get a little pricey for bagel sandwich standards, but we’ve always enjoyed going here whenever the bagel mood strikes!

Breakfast bagel sandwich was super yummy and the Stud Muffin was a very hearty and tasty treat without being too sweet. Wish we had one in Santa Barbara.(hint hint)

This is probably my 10th time coming. I always say I’ll write a review because there’s an issue every time I come, but I keep having hopes. Today’s the time. Yes it’s the given: –Saturday –the sign that they’re hiring has been up for months –new staff every time I come Unfortunately this is what happened: –ordered a blueberry bagel sandwich with ham at 10:40am — food comes out at 11:10am and doesn’t have ham — they come back and then tell me they ran out of blueberry bagels –Please don’t let your staff cut corners by putting a hash brown in the salamander and burning it. –by 10:40am they were out of spinach If someone is paying $ 9 for a bagel sandwich, you’d think that 50min to get the order right is absolutely out of the question. Please for the love of ____get your back of house and front of house aligned. Get the service up to par. Your product is amazing, but everything else flat out sucks. There hasn’t been one time I’ve come that it’s all gone smoothly. Bagel places are far and few between, but a bagel place with an incredible product like you have is rare. Too bad all of the logistics to execute aren’t there. Also please stop putting animal shows on the tv. Seeing a deer undergo surgery is not appealing to any dining guests.

Got bagels here before the airport. Yummy! Juice is packaged but quality and fresh squeezed. Good atmosphere and convenient location… With a parking lot behind the building. Brought my Jewish friend with me and he absolutely loved the lox!

I went in for breakfast and came out with a stud muffin! On a really rare workday where I was running close to 30 min. early, I immediately started hunting for a warm breakfast. I’d been wanting to try this place for a while and was excited to see that when I entered it, there were several guys who looked like they’d be in a bagel shop in NY reading their paper and eating their breakfast. The fact that this store had«locals» was a plus. I loved that the menu offers most breakfasts as either a sandwich or an omelette — great lo-carb option. I went with the egg and sausage sandwich on their most popular Everything bagel. I have to say though, I kept finding everything that fell off the top of that bagel down my shirt later that day. Then I saw the stud muffin standing there. Totally believing that we are what we eat, I had to get one. I planned to split it with my foodie office mate(PS, she loved it). This is a muffin that isn’t just bready — it has so much to offer with fruit and other super foods inside. Delicious! I will remember this spot next time I need to grab a dozen bagels — I have so many more flavors to try!

PLEASEBRINGBACKTHECREAMERFLAVORS. I have been coming here for 2 years and the creamers really made a difference. They have now put syrups for Flavoring which taste completely different. Not in a good way. Please bring back the old creamers! I know many customers are very angry about this! Will not be coming back until they change it back. So disappointed. :(

I came here for a quick bite and was told this place was pretty good. I was surprised to see how big of a selection of menu they had. My option wasn’t easy and will admit to say that I stuck with something basic in case I didn’t like it. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with crème cheese. I didn’t order any drink which was a mistake. I’m not a coffee person but the ice cubed coffee really caught my attention, I’ve never seen anything like it. I definitely want to come back and try something so ummm… not basic and the coffee too. The reason for my 4 stars is because they have a B, I’m kind of picky when it comes down to that. Other than that everything else was good.

As an avid bagel lover, living on the west coast can be really rough. Western Bagels and Noah’s just don’t cut it for me. So when I discovered through coworkers that this place had allegedly accurate NYC bagels, I knew I finally found home. These bagels do not disappoint, and they have a pretty wide selection(my favorite, salt bagels, are often overlooked at other bagel establishments). The outer layer gets perfectly firm and blistered while the inside is soft without being doughy or overly bready. Bonus points for being near LAX as well — this is my new mandatory stop either going to or coming from the airport.

I’m from the east coast and these are better bagels than what you normally find in California, but nothing to write home about. Good, no great. Not really memorable, won’t go out of my way to go back,

TL;DR: No dogs allowed inside but are served water outside, Asiago Jalapeño is where it’s at, friendly and courteous staff. Food was good, no worries there. Asiago Jalapeño bagel is on point. Only came here because the listing said Dogs Allowed though. We(very kindly) told there are no animals allowed in the store. They were kind enough to still offer my dog water as we sat outside, not a big deal all in all. Would have been different if the one table outside was taken. UPDATEFROMTHEWIFE: her bagel sandwich was burned to all hell.

This is a cool, trendy, hole in the wall spot that I was lucky to find. The moment you walk in, its like you are transported to a midwest/east coast vibe deli, you’d never guess you were in Westchester on the west side of LA, so close to LAX that you can see the windows on the airplanes as you land. The place looks like a cracker box from the outside but inside it is long and somewhat narrow. I ordered a pastrami and coke and decided to check out the joint. Down the right side you go and get your sodas and there is a small station where you can add cherry flavoring(my favorite!) and there is another flavoring(I didn’t get to see what it was) and then if you turn around you can see them making the dough for the bagels. Neat! I sit down to my pastrami, excited to chow down. Now, I’m not pastrami expert, but there are several kinds of pastrami sandwiches. You can get the classic cold pastrami sandwich, the monster hot, dripping pastrami on french bread, or a soggy mess. I do tend to love the monster hot pastrami that keeps you full for days. This particular pastrami(haha say that one ten times fast), was a cross between the deli and monster style. It was a hot pastrami sandwich, but it was very neat and well put together. It wasn’t falling apart, the bread wasn’t soggy, etc. I do wish I would have gotten some sides like fries or something, but you never know what you are getting into with pastrami. You can get the bagel sandwiches, which I am assuming, is what most people go there for. Or you can get the classic deli sandwiches. Overall, this is a cool place to sit and have some grub on an inconspicuous part of town.

My usually weekend breakfast spot. So close to my house I can walk here. If your not an early bird in the morning, it can get pretty crowded after 8AM. I love their pepperoni pizza bagels and organic cold pressed juices. I was kind of in a rush this morning so I just picked up a sesame bagel and a Pure Pleasure juice. The bagel was warm and had plenty of sesame seeds. They only have a limited amount of the cold pressed juices. The pure pleasure juice is a combination of watermelon, pineapple and papaya juices. They usually will have carrot and orange juices left over. They even filtrate the water on site for their bagel making process. The service is good here, efficient without the New York attitude.

They’ve changed some of the flavors around, but the overall selection is still pretty solid. And the customer service is great too. Last time, we(unknowingly!) walked in a couple minutes before closing for iced coffee, and the server there got us ice cubes from the freezer. It was nice of him! I hope BWB expands a little more.

I’m here all the time, but I have to update my review and add a star. These guys are great! Excellent attitudes, respectful and helpful, and they don’t complain about anything. I’m sitting here right now at 3:59 p.m. And they close at 4:00. I am going to leave so don’t think I’m a jerk. I just impressed that an older man came in about five minutes ago and they served him his order as if they weren’t eager to leave. He’s unaware that they’ll be closing soon and that’s okay. He’s an older gentleman that doesn’t see, hear or walk well(he’s got a cane). This is most likely his evening meal and perhaps he’s a regular, I don’t know. I just think it’s really cool. We don’t seem to respect each other much anymore so this made my day.

Veggie breakfast bagel was A-Ok. I ate it 30 minutes after ordering since I wanted something to eat while at LAX and it was a little too«soggy». The bagel wasnt toasted anymore which is one of the highlights of a bagel! Eggs were a little spongey, not much vegetables to egg. Raisin bagel was good. Lightly toasted no cream cheese, just how I like it. Would definitely return for the«sweeter» bagels. Service is really nice and efficient.

I was rushing to an appointment and was starving afterwards. This place piqued my interest because of all the positive reviews. So I had to check it out for myself. Located on the corner, it was bright and airy inside. For a bagel shop it was spacious. The cashier was friendly and helped me order exactly what I was craving: a breakfast sandwich with egg, ham, and swiss on top of a toasted blueberry bagel. I love a good bagel sandwich and this fits the bill. The eggs were fluffy and filled with chunks of ham and gooey cheese. The bagel was lightly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. So good! I agree with other reviews on how this place has chewy bagels, but I like it. I thought it was just the right amount of chewy. Anyways, you either like it or you don’t. Personal preference, I guess. One tip: eat it while it’s hot. It’s just way better hot! I know I’ve only tried one thing on their menu, but I just have a feeling this is my kind of bagel shop. Oh and breakfast is served all day. I happen to crave breakfast at random times, so I’m glad I found this place!
