I had an inconvenient while using this store, but the owner truly cares about his customers. Taking the time to listen to your customers is the key to Success!

Really great service. Only downside (which isn’t the fault of any of the workers) is that the place smelled. Like the carpet or cabinets had a mixed smell of fart/wet dog that hit me in the face as soon as I opened the door. Can’t knock them for that though, doesn’t affect their service.

I do not live in Los Angeles. My mother passed away and I had to pack up her things and ship some of them back to the SF Bay Area and give the rest away. I lugged three suitcases full of stuff to this UPS Store and the fellows there helped re-pack the goods into boxes and re-wrapped all of the fragile items in bubble wrap and put them in a separate box for safe shipping. All of this without extra charge. I was so impressed at the excellent service, smiling polite people, friendly, especially at a time of great stress to me. Very efficient. Anyone who lives in this area, go to this UPS store for excellent service and good prices. i was amazed at how little it cost, I was expecting twice as much. Thank you UPS Store in Westwood Village!

Excellent service. I came here to get a whole bunch of documents notarized and to be mailed right after. I had some confusing documents, but the person behind the counter was super friendly and patient — also kind of funny, which I liked. He made a copy of something for free because we had a little mix-up, and didn’t charge us. He also shipped without a hassle. Took credit card.
I’d definitely come back here because of their service. Be aware that although the place closes at 7pm on weekdays, the notary is done by 5pm.
