Titanium Collision Centers

This company has cashed the check my insurance issued them and taken off without a trace. They have abandoned my car, diassembeled at another collision center I did not consent to named Adams Collision Center. Adams Collision will not release my vehicle because Titanium owes them rent even though I am the registered owner and continue to make payments to the actual Lien Holder. My insurance refused to issue another check to me and I am left to pay for my vehicle’s repairs if and when my vehicle is released to me. Also Titanium had agreed to pay an rental car overage fee that are now totaling over $ 1300 and counting. If anybody has any information that can help me it would be much appreciated.
