Titanium Power Lighting

I came a couple years ago for an install of a sub and an amp. Lucky, the installer, hooked it up with a deal and worked on my truck really fast. I can play Daft Punk, Wisin y Yandel, Lil Wayne, Rodrigo y Gabriela, without making adjustments. So fast forward to 2013, I broke the RCA cables so I needed to get them rewired. I came down on a hot and busy Saturday afternoon. I see Lucky in the middle of the street directing cars and running around. I walk up to him and get this, he remembers and describes my truck to me! Talk about customer service!!! The only reason why I didn’t give 4 stars is because my amp was a refurb and I didn’t know that little detail when I initially bought it and I never knew it till I unplugged the amp after I broke the RCA cables inside. The amp works great and I probably got a great deal due to it being a refurbished amp but I don’t think I was told that when I initially bought it.
Overall, I would still go back to do an upgrade but would ask if I’m getting a refurbished item… these guys hustle on that small street and I need to be aware of what I’m buying.
