You won’t get an appointment reminder call and you might not even get the procedure you called for the week prior. Forget that. At least Ahn wasn’t a doubter of my condition after looking me over, I credit him for his diagnostic expertise.

The staff was pleasant, prompt, and helpful. Dr. Rhoda Leichter was very good, and knowledgable, as was her imaging tech.

We drove all the from Rancho Cucamonga to see Dr. Ahn. The only pleasant staff were the two girls in the front. The NA or LVN that finally took us back was very unpleasant and once Dr. Ahn came in the room he was informative but it seemed like he had absolutely no care for my concerns as a patient. He insisted that «if he were in my shoes» he would do this instead of the treatment for the condition I came in for. In addition, the door to my room was left open during my appointment and the LVN, with her sour face, stood in the door way the whole time. I am sure that that her blocking the doorway does not comply with state HIPPA regulations. We were very disappointed.
