For Maricela, For Ebony, Plus
Dr. John Kowalczyk is my brilliant Urologist. I cannot praise him enough for the incredible care and cures I’ve experienced thanks to him. And, wherever he’s seen me, in hospital or In his office, I am always surrounded by a staff that is as kind and reassuring as he is.
I love the opportunity to write proudly about Dr. Kowalczyk, but I also have the opportunity here to praise his staff as well. Two woman have been particularly loving and calming and even better, two women who were able to lighten all situations with sweet humor.
They are Ebony and Maricela.
I’ve known Ebony the longest (6 years) and she has never failed to treat me lovingly and with the utmost respect. As soon as I see her in the office, I am calmed and happy to be there.
Maricela is my new find. I requested a great favor of her and she handled that to perfection. Some of the answers I needed were difficult to get and on occasion, I had to wait while Dr. Kowalczyk was in surgery, but Maricela eased all my anxieties with gentle humor, optimism and great plans for getting my needs the attention she thought they deserved. She was remarkable and made everything go so very well — way better than I’d expected.
The staff at theUrology Group of Southern California is just another example of the superb attention to detail that Dr. Kowalczyk has set forth as necessary for the optimum survival of all his patients.
