I just finished my appointment for a leaking Kenmore washing machine. I think my technician’s name was Chris??? I just want to say that he did a great job and was very knowledgable about his work. I really appreciate the excellent service.

I was assigned USAppliance Repair through the manufacturer of my fridge. I’m glad I was paired with a good one.
Once the appointment was scheduled, I was contacted by their friendly customer service rep. to verify my information.
The technician, Chris, was very friendly and helpful. He came to check one potential problem, and explained it clearly. He also proceeded to fix/​adjust my fridge — due to a poor setup from the company that delivered it.
I would definitely recommend this company!

I came home from work to find that my fridge had stopped working. I had no idea what was wrong and knew that I didnt have any warranty left on the fridge. I knew one of my friends had such pleasant experience with USAppliance and decided to try them out as well. I spoke with Chris and informed him that I work in retail and my schedule is never set. I was home the next day and was hoping he would be able to come out. Chris was very accommodating to my schedule. He was prompt on time the next day, determined the problem was my motherboard. He directed me on how to double check if the product was still under warranty and I am so glad because it was. Chris ordered the part for me through the manufacture and it arrived as promised. He was in when the product arrived that day to install and finalize the repair. I must say I work in customer service, and Chris was excellent. His Timeliness, Courtesy and attitude towards his work is very unique and hard to find in this day and age.
