We must use their service because they are affiliated with seller’s agent. They were real slow until we started to call and write them. They also made many mistakes during our escrow and when we pointed them out, they denied and blamed on somebody else. They have many people works on one case and do not communicate with each other well. The lady in charge was quite rude when we called her to ask for the status. If we haven’t check on them every day, we would certainly miss our closing date.
I would suggest anybody who is buying house to find a reputable escrow company and suggest them to the seller, instead of using the one that affiliated with the realtor. West coast is charging a lot for the kind of service they offered.

What could have been a frustrating and painful process for us as both buyers and sellers has been painless and easy.
