Ordered the winchells dozen(14 donuts) but opened the box and only received 12. One of the donuts was supposed to be a raspberry-filled glazed donut but found out there was NO filing whatsoever when we bit into it. Their«fresh squeezed» orange juice tasted like a packet of sugar… I should’ve listened to the low rating on Unilocal!!!Never visiting again

Quick tip: Free coffee refills if you dine in. I like the fact that they use quality french vanilla and half and half instead of opting for the generic stuff like other small donut shops do. I’ve had their hot deli sandwiches and they’re good! I think it’s about $ 6 for the combo with a bag of chips and your choice of drink. Not bad.

Only came in because this location is the closest to home… bad idea. I asked for a decaf and the cashier, who seemed to be working alone said she was all out. We were planning to sit awhile so I asked how long it would take to make a batch and she said«too long, the machine isn’t working». Overall awful service, the employees don’t seem to realize they have a job because customers come in; instead they seem to think of us as a nuisance.

Every time I stop in, the donuts taste old and nasty. I will no longer come here. There is another review on here that shows flies on the muffins. Nasty.

OMG srsly! Out of all days, National Donut Day is when a the donuts at Winchell’s, Donuts & Ice cream, and Dunkin donuts were all gone. I didn’t think this holiday was THAT popular! Right when I walk into Winchell’s, all there is are muffins and bread. And drinks., so yea. Idk how I’m gonna celebrate this holiday too!

Good doughnuts and okay coffee, but what more can you expect from a chain doughnut shop, right? I sometimes come here during lunch for a bagel sandwich. Not sure if it’s on the menu or not, but I always get I always get a melt with turkey, bacon, and avocado. Delish! And a relatively cheap meal. :)

most of the staff is pleasent, however there is one lady that when I ask her for change she always rolls her eyes at me. I find it very rude and displeasing. She’ll tell me she can’t but it’s more like she won’t. She has a horrible attitude. I’ve stopped coming here cause when I asked for something that may make her work a little more(like not filling my cup to high so I can poor creamer into my coffee) I get an attitude and the all too familiar rolling of the eyes. Also the counter by the door is always a mess and smells of spoiled milk. Oh, the bear claws are yummy here. :)

I came in on a whim. Needed some coffee and a quick bite and was VERY impressed by how clean the place was, the donut selection, the sandwich selection, and the staff! Admittedly English is a second language, but every girl there was friendly, bubbly, and helpful. If donut spots near my home were like this I would definitely be a regular

No stars… Disgusting place fill with donuts and flies. Dirty… We told two girls the fly was inside and they didn’t do anything. They didn’t even bother to throw them away. They kept them. The floors were dirty. The sugar was empty and the donuts were super oily.

I come to this place a lot for coffee. I went in the other day for a raspado and they didn’t even know how to make it. They gave me a cup of ice with strawberry syrup on top. Worst raspado ever.

Closest donut shop near my mom’s house, here favorite is the cake and apple fritters. I stop here anytime it’s early enough for her donuts… the inside is pretty small even with seating area to eat. It’s on a very busy corner and the ladies behind the counter work as fast as they can to keep the line down. Donuts are fresh and taste very good every time I have been here. If you buy a dozen you get 14 donuts…
