Bombest. Patties. Ever. Do yourself a favor; anytime you ate in LA, find this man. First off, good patties ate hard to find, with the availability of quality Caribbean food lacking. Not only does Wo’se have the delicious and filling patties, but they are one HUNDRED percent vegan. I like to catch him in Leimert park on Sunday evenings during or after a nice art walk, but I hear rumors that these patties can regularly be found all over LA, and you can even place special orders. I personally love the potato curry patties, although the spinach are delicious as well. The best part is that he takes custom orders and usually he will feature a specialty vegan dish at his booth, in addition to the patties. For me, these patties are one of LA’s best kept secrets they are full of flavor, masterfully crafted, and absolutely 100% percent vegan. Also Wo’se is one of the coolest chefs you will meet with excellent livity.
