Rite Aid

So since Kmart closed up I no longer have a place to get the small things I need that savemart doesn’t have. I started shopping at Rite Aid after the remodeling and I have to say they did a great job. Looks great, prices are pretty good, ice cream is still good. I get my muscle milk here it’s a lot cheaper then GNC and Walmart. The staff is pretty nice, they greet you when you walk in even if they are obviously busy with a customer. Hard to find people that care about their shoppers nowadays.

I want to say first of all I have never had any bad experience with this rite aid ever, but today I bought a banana nut muffin at the check out and got home only to find a white hair inside it. LOL its not the stores fault. It is obviously the manufactures fault. But just wanted to let you all know.

This place is weird to me. I live in LB, and this place never has people in the store area. I only see people at the pharmacy. The place is probably 3 times the square footage it really needs. It is expensive, and when you walk it, it ALWAYS smells funny. Based on that all alone, I would have given it one star. However, the ice cream is THE BEST. I love their ice cream. That is the only reason I go there.

Service is terrible!
1^st of all its the pharmacy and I feel that you shouldn’t spend 20 minutes with a customer who is not getting a prescription and continually ask questions about other products in the store!!! That’s what they other staff in the store is for and they should kindly direct customers that way!
I use to just give them the benefit of the doubt but I had it! Last week I dropped off my daughters Rx and they told me that they had to order 2 of the 4 prescriptions and that the next day after 2pm they would have her prescriptions ready. Well the next day they only ordered 1 and not the other because they forgot to order it and then continued to say well we don’t know when it will be ready and never mentioned that they will order it! My daughter really needed this Rx and so I changed over (that day) to Target pharmacy and they had the Rx and where fast and had great customer service.

*Often doesn’t have the medications need to fill several of my prescriptions

I’ve been here a # of time’s in the past & I prefer to shop at other simalar store’s close by. There pharmacy is the slowest EVER!!, I think there’s mabie 5 – 6 shopping cart’s & there rarly avail. anywhere close to the store, it seem’s there’s just as many staff avail. & are usually as hard to find as the cart’s & there’s just a better selection of product’s at other location’s.

Most of the time, many household items can be purchased at the Dollar Tree next door, but they do have some advertised items that are pretty cheap.
