went up to the drive thru window after getting no response at the order box, and still no answer. there was a woman at the window too, but she wouldnt assist us.
This is most inefficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to. You’d think the people or the company would figure it out on how to operate such a fast paced franchise on one of the busiest highways. Haha but they can’t. Will never be going to this Starbucks ever again.

went in for a couple of drinks. I ordered a double chocolate chip crème frap and they gave me a drink with coffee base. I took it back up to the front to tell them and they made me a new drink.

There’s always an insanely long line in the drive-thru. The service is über slow. Inside is worse.

Banos? Isn’t that Spanish for bathrooms? Their service was almost as reputable as their bathrooms. Shitty. I understand these jobs are hard during big rushes but that’s what you’re paid for and I honestly didn’t mind the wait and I had to remind the barista that my drink was skipped. The 5 people who ordered behind me got their drinks before me which is not a problem but the barista’s attitude when I was inquiring about whether not my drink had been made or if it was coming up or not, was rude. Thank you for my caramel frap with an extra side of sass. I love starting my morning off like I’m the source of all your problems -.-

Kinda slow at times while going through the drive thru. Staff are friendly when it comes to free water, which I drink a lot of. This Starbucks definitely deserves a 4 star rating for their kindness and complimentary water. The coffee is great and the atmosphere gives off a great feeling.

I don’t recommend this particular location. I was highly disappointed when they got my drink wrong & when I brought it back through the drive through all Sierra said was, «Okay…» With the most awkward pause. So we sat there in silence… then decided to drive to the window.

Everytime I come to this drive thru they always have something out of stock!!! Carmel & lemon aid seem to be the main thing to run out? It’s summer and it is extremely hot I want too cool out by having Starbucks. … I’m going to have to switch Starbucks very disappointed!

Out of whipped cream??? Poor planning on the manager’s part. With a few hours left till closing time they should have run over to the other Starbucks down the street to get some!

This starbucks was a huge disappointment. The food section was barren, they got my order wrong, one of the bathrooms was out of order, and the one that was open was«unisex» and was FILTHY.

We stopped at the location on Saturday, November 29th around 2pm on our way home from Visalia to San Jose. The line to order and the line to pickup were LOOOONNGG. This must have been one of their busiest days ever as it was Thanksgiving weekend and by the looks of the staff… they were overwhelmed. While my family was waiting to use the restroom, I stood in line. Got to the register and the gal seemed like she was in SloMo. I order 3 Iced Grande Mochas, a carton of chocolate milk and 4 Chocolate Chip cookies. Cashier told me she was sorry, but that they were all out of Chocolate Chip cookies and only had Oatmeal Raisin… would I like to get those instead. I asked about the 6 ChocChip cookies in the display case and was told that they were for display only and she could not sell them too me. To which I responded with«You’re out of ChocChip cookies even though there are 6 in the case, however you do have Oatmeal Raisin of which there are none displayed… is that what you are telling me?». Yes, would you like the OatRai cookies? No thanks. Pay for my drinks and walk away. I spot someone who seems to be a manager… everyone was asking her for permission to do various things and had«The Key». Anyway, I asked about the cookies in the display and was assured that all items in the the display case are strictly for display only and are not for sale. :/Hmmm… I have been to a lot of Starbucks in various cities and states… This was a first for me. While I’m waiting for my order, my family comes over to me and tells me to take napkins with me to the restroom as there are no paper towels and to watch where you step as it was a complete disaster in there. People have said to me, What can you expect… you were in Los Banos for crying out loud! But Starbucks is Starbucks. The Los Banos location should be held to the same standards as the locations in San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, Las Vegas, Maui, Reno, Placerville or Visalia. Just like any other franchise restaurant. Get it together Los Banos! Your District Manager and Regional Manager need to get it together too! They are the ones that are supposed to set you up for success!

Ran out of salt on a Friday at 330pm? That’s kinda sad lol. Asked for a salted caramel mocha frappé and they didn’t have the topping. Weird lol.

I’m not a big SB supporter but sometimes a SB Chai Latte is needed. As was the case on this trip. The place was absolutely empty, plenty of attention from the barista and counter person. Sometimes I scratch my head wondering why anyone would pay so much for a basic cup of coffee. Convenience I suppose. While I typically support local coffee locations, couldn’t help but feeding my Chai urge. The latte was hot, quickly made and served with a smile.

Typical Starbucks. On the small side. The drive through is the highlight and always moves fast. The drive thru is not well marked and very hidden so you gotta have some good instinct to find it. The baristas are average, not above average friendly, it’s exceptionally quiet inside but not much individual seating. Free WiFi though! Not a great hangout coffee place.

Worst service ever received! Ordered my drink, payed with my card, waited about 15 minutes, watched 7 other people that ordered after me get their drinks, approched the cashier to ask about my drink and«Cookie» tells me my card doesn’t have any money… ok. Couldn’t you have just told me right away? Why would you take so many orders after me? Just watching me wait for my beverage like a dumbass… oh Cookie, the sick games you play! Hahahahaha! So I asked to speak to the manager and he went in the back to get him. Waited about 5 minutes for the both of them to come out the back room… just to find he’s a shift lead. Not who I asked for. He offered me my drink for free, I told him I was not interested. I wanted to speak to the manager! Hahaha, so he said he would go in the back and get her card. After what seemed a little long… The«shift lead» returned, with… nothing. No card, no piece of ripped paper with a name and number, nothing! I just had to walk out on the poor guy. Needless to say, I will not be back and neither should you.
