This place has a lot of good memories for me. I’ve been coming here since the early high school days and I still love going back. The staff is super friendly and sweet. It’s definitely not a «fancy» burger place, but it’s fun. The food is really good. My favorites are the avocado burger and their corn dog. One of the best corn dogs I’ve ever had! Their curly fries are really good too.

Great burgers and some of the best fries I’ve ever had. Great milkshakes too. I grew up in Los Gatos and have since moved much farther away, but I still make my way back here whenever I can to grab a bite. Really friendly staff too! I’d recommend this place over the other local spots any day.

As a regular, I love this place. It’s divey and smells like grease, ya know… the good kind. The fries have a perfect ratio of squishy to crunchy so you get the best of both worlds and the service is undeniably above and beyond! The ladies I see most often behind the desk are fast, funny and remember our faces AND our orders every time! Watch out though, they are suggestive selling ninjas! They sucker me into doubling the meat on my burger adding cheese and,“what do you mean do I WANT bacon?! Slap her on there!” And after my order I think to myself, «well played ladies behind the counter of fried treats and sweet eats, you win again!» It’s always worth it though and they have a pretty broad menu which I always appreciate. My babe loves the corn dog and that fried burrito! Yea, a fried burrito(they just don’t call it a chimichunga, but that’s what it is) and it RULES! Our teenager is stuck on the bacon avocado burger(in which I kype a bite of every time) and I am a sucker for the patty melt or the meat/cheese and jalapeño, bacon burger.(That’s my own creation, I call it the, «I guess I am going to Crossfit for 4 days this week instead of 3 days burger» GET some!

So my fiancé wanted to meet here for lunch and this was my first time here. I ordered the bacon burger with cheese and onion rings. The burger itself was pretty good. The onion rings were nice and crispy. The only thing that was confusing was picking up your order. There’s no number or name system and the workers just yell out the order or say, «hey you, yeah you».

Best burgers in Los Gatos. The two women that work there are the nicest people on the planet and have cured many of hang overs because of their tremendous burgers. 10⁄10

I have been coming to classic burger for over 10 years. Not once have I ever had a problem with a wrong order or bad service. Pricing is very reasonable and it is all home made food! Their menu selection is enormous aswell! They make all kinds of food! Even though right next to the“wonderful” happy hound, I always go strait to classic burger with no hesitation

Food is good and ice cream as well. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because they are extremely slow. It’s hamburgers and ice cream not a sit down restaurant… and they do have help so I’m not sure what the hold up is.

Good is just okay. It was food enough but don’t think that I will be coming back. The hamburger was a bit dry, other than that it really was a classic burger.

OMG dirty dirty dirty! They are really slow too. Took forever so couldn’t help scoping out the place which clearly had not been cleaned forever!!!

Noelle’s a Unilocal Notebook 2015 On an impromptu date night my husband and I headed to Classic Burgers in Los Gatos. It was our first time there for dinner. We ordered two cheeseburgers, one small fry and a soda. They have outdoor and indoor seating. It was was rather stuffy inside so we decided to eat outside at one of the tables which turned out to be nice on a summer evening. Having shellfish allergies we inquired where the clam strips were fried. One fryer is used only for the french fries, all other items– onion rings/clam strips/zucchini strips etc are all fried in one fryer. The burgers were on the dry side but edible. The fries were fried to perfection and delicious. The entire experience was just okay but the customer service was friendly. They offer hot dogs, egg rolls, Japanese chicken and veggie stir fry in addition to burgers and hot dogs. The food isn’t horrible but it’s probably not a place I’d come back to again. Noelle’s Notes Dry burgers Good customer service

The menu is messy, disorganized, and incomplete. It was so difficult to know was what and how much it was. Either way, I ended up getting a single burger with sweet potato fries. The burger itself was decent. It reminds me of 5 guys burgers. You can tell they definitely toast the buns and cook the patty for a lot longer than typical burger places. The sweet potato fries were not very impressive. Done too well, too crispy, too many burnt parts. 2.55 for a handful of these fries. On a positive note, I think their cartoony maps of Los Gatos are pretty cool. Always fun to see what new things are in town.

This place is good, but I don’t go often. There french fries are tasty. What I really get is the chocolate dipped ice cream cone, amazing. Make sure you have plenty of napkins, afterwards and to wash your sticky hands with soap.

Good times ahead… plan on returning to try some Asian dishes:). Reminded me of baseball season: chili cheese fries, 2classic burgers, plain fries and a large strawberry shake. The kids meal has a nice toy too. Friendly staff. Outside seating adds to the ambiance.

This is your classic burger shop and I never would have expected to find one in Los Gatos. What’s interesting is that they also sell Asian dishes here, including fried egg rolls. Had a double cheeseburger with mushrooms and small fries. Needless to say, I was stuffed. I could have just gone with a single but after hearing everyone else order and reading other Unilocal reviews, I had to go for it. The prices here are extremely reasonable, especially for being here in Los Gatos… A city infamous for inflated prices due to higher rents and higher disposable income. Definitely worth coming again. The outdoor patio is nice as well. Only thing missing is a cold beer.

Great place here on Los Gatos Blvd… outside eating area is shady during most of the morning til noonish. Tight parking at times when its busy. Lunch specials are the way i mostly go here.

Tried this for the first time and really enjoyed our meal. Service was very good and it has a great vibe. Reminded me of a Foster Freeze with a similar menu. My son enjoyed his Classic Double Burger and Chili Fries, while I gulped down my large Chili Dog and Chili Fries. My son’s Pepsi Freeze was a great way to cap-off the meal. Portions were good size and prices were reasonable. Not sure why I haven’t been here before, but I’m sure I’ll be back, since there are other items on the menu to sample.

Today I was served immediately with warm and friendly greeting and service. The Classic burger was delicious — I had it their way, not my way. It was so good I had two. Outstanding! The large sized French Fries are the absolute largest portion of the most meaty and tasty fries that I have any had or seen anywhere!!! For a quick great portioned flavorful burger — visit Classic Burger of Los Gatos. Sorry it took so long for me to figure this out.

Who doesn’t love a great burger? Well, this wasn’t it. It’s a family-owned Fosters Freeze type eatery & very nice people own it. Honestly, it wasn’t my choice for lunch, but hubs was craving a burger. We ordered burgers, onion rings, fries, shake, & a dipped cone. I thought the burger was just ok & slightly over cooked. Onion rings were great! French fries were also over cooked & not salted. Shake & dipped cone were pretty good. Probably wouldn’t return for a burger, but the desserts were nice.

Fast food w/o the fast food guilt. — dingy establishment — variety on the menu(vegetarian-friendly) — inexpensive — genuine service — tasty turkey burger — restroom facility is outside and dirty — plentiful parking This place satisfied my hunger and calmed the kids down. It was a million degrees that afternoon and they needed something cold and sweet. Their soft serve did not disappoint the 2 girls and I enjoyed my late lunch very much. The turkey patty wasn’t dry one bit. I felt that it would be a crime to just eat half so I did the right thing by eating the entire thing. No remorse.
