Was walking down the street and the aroma of grilled food just brought me in to this nice Greek restaurant. Fast, good food & great service. Very nice ambiance, nice interior. Just loved their food and came back twice in a week. It’s a kid friendly place a little pricey but worth it they do have happy hour appetizers. Next time I go I’ll post pics servers are great!

I placed an order over the phone for delivery, which was mistaken as a DoorDash order. {Doordash will place order over the phone. Send a driver to pick up the order and deliver to customer} An hour later, I called to check on the order and was informed that it was mistaken for a DoorDash order. Chris, the general manager personally handled the order, delivered it, comped the charges and wrote a very detailed apologetic email. I wasn’t looking for a complementary meal or a bad experience, but things do happen. We’re humans, not robots. I appreciate the way this was handled and would like to give Chris kudos for being a 5* manager for this location. The food was excellent in taste and freshly prepared. The quality that I’ve come to expect from Opa! was provided.

Went here Saturday night with a party of 15 people. All I have to say is that the service at OPA is top notch! The party before us arrived late so our reservation was pushed back a little bit. We didn’t mind, but I guess the GM Chris did. Chris and his staff started to bring all the adults free champagne(probably like 3 bottles in total) for the inconvience and for the kids, they brought appetizers to keep them busy while apologizing to us for the delay. When sitting down, they already had complementary appetizers waiting for us at the table. The service up to that point was excellent and the night went on without a hitch. Food was pretty good, staff was very friendly, service was fantastic.

Can where Wednesday night with my boyfriend. The place looked fairly busy, however, we were greeted instantly and say at a table within 15 minutes. :) the host was kind enough to explain that there may be a bit of a wait and kept us updated every few moments.– loved that! As first timers, the menu can be overwhelming because they offer soooo much! I just didn’t know what to get because everything looked great! My boyfriend settled for the lamb souvlaki plate with Opa fries and I settled(after being torn between 3 dishes) the lemon chicken orzo. Both came out pretty quick– looked and smelled amazing! My boyfriends fries were awesome! Olive oil, feta, lots of garlic, and crispy! SO crispy! We loved it! His lamb was cooked medium rare as requested so that’s always a plus! My lemon chicken orzo was good too! Usually places stay light on the meat, but the ratio on this plate was perfect! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and not too overbearing with lemon. The orzo, being the first time to have orzo, was good! I recommend asking to get the yogurt dollop on the side, as this was a tad too much for me to mix in. Our server was prompt with water refills, and periodic checks which was good to see! Especially during a late night busy hour. Overall, we’ll be back very soon! :)

Great dining experience! Highly recommend the chicken sauvlaki skewers(chicken was very favorable and juicy! Yum!) Also, I enjoyed the horitiki traditional geek salad. The staff was friendly and attentive.

This place is great! Food was amazing for a great price. Customer service was professional. I got the lamb skewer(medium rare, how I like all my meat cooked), perfectly cooked to my preference. Surprisingly. The French fries caught my attention. They were served with my lamb skewers, with some feta cheese and garlic, layered with some olive oil I believe. The best part was they were still crispy, cooked just right, not overly crunchy or burnt. French fries that don’t turn into mush will always win my heart over.

This is probably the best Opa of them all everyone is very friendly even when they’re super busy. Last night Amy was our server she was extremely polite and made sure that we were very well taken care of. This was not my first time here but definitely my best experience, I will be back and I will be telling everyone I know to come to this location!

My family and I love Opa! Their food is great and not too pricey. Their pork chop glaze is amazing and comes with two sides to boot. The garlic mash potatoes have whole cloves of garlic mashed in and are some of the best ones I’ve had! The restaurant is quaint and pleasant but their ‘to-go’ process is efficient and quick. Definitely recommend!

We stopped by just six minutes before Happy Hour ended at 6:00 p.m. We were greeted by the new Manager Chris who had only been there for less than two weeks. The service we got was incredible. He reassured us that we could place our order and went out of his way to accommodate our questions and personally helped us with the menu. He recommended which food went well with other foods. We had a great meal. We felt so well taken care of. He even explained the differences between the beers in such great detail that we have never had anyone know before. I was very impressed with the service there and would definitely recommend it. If only everyone would have as high standards, dining would take on a whole new level. Definitely top A++

The food was delicious and our waitress, Ali, always made sure we were satisfied. The service from Ali was the best part of Our dining experience, she was very caring and helpful with her over the top service.

We pretty much only tried their pita — Gyro, chicken, lamb — and they were all excellent. Skewer looks good to and on the side note, both French fries and Greek salad are great. Only disappointment, no Uzo available!

WELOVEOPA! a nom nom nom so far on everything! It’s a nice spot to catch a game and actually enjoy GOODFOOD, friendly service, and avoid the aggravating crowds at real sports bars. So far i’ve had a chicken dish, the feta flank, and a variety of apps and have no complaints thus far!

I am a huge fan of Opa in general. This chain is delicious. I find the pricing a bit on the high side for what it is but that is the only downside. I have eaten in this location several times, but I recently went to a party and needed an app and got a couple of dip selections and gyro meat and placed in on a platter for a sure-fire holiday app hit. :)

The menu here is great! The pricing is fair as well. I have dined here on average 3 to 4 times a month. With that said, I probably won’t go back. The atmosphere is very cramped, the lighting feels like a police interrogation. When I asked the waiter 4 different times if they could lower the lights, the manager came out and asked if that was better, «they didn’t dim the lights at all» she was just patronizing us. The couple next to us agreed. I wrote this off to just a unprofessional manager. Returning a few days later with out of town guest, we experienced the same thing, very bright lighting and a manager that wouldn’t dim the lighting. This time our food order was wrong and they seemed to have a attitude. So strike 2 I am never going back. I will visit the Campbell or Willow Glen location for my Opa fix.

still love this place. serious yum factor! favs: gyro pita and gyro platter. fries(omg the friiiiies!!!). spanikopita. Flaming cheese. All delicious. The flaming cheese is fun, but also soooooo good. I can’t go and not have it. drink of choice: Greek margarita. Grapefruit juice and tequila is always awesome. this is no exception. service is hit and miss. the only reason for loss of a star.

— The service is good — The food was over burnt and dry. Had to ask to redo, but it was only ashes removed — TV selection is strange if this is considered a place to visit with family. There were UFC fights on all TVs at 4:00 pm Saturday lunch time. However, servant kindly switched channel on a request

Pricey, but delicious. 3 people, no drinks; $ 55 w/o tip. Tzatziki w/warm pita bread was delicious. I love the texture of the dip and the quality and taste of the pita bread. Opa! Ribs(appetizer) were really good… the onion rings that come with them are deceptively delicious! No ketchup needed, but get some extra sauce for the ribs. Lemon chicken w/orzo, Opa! fries, and gyro were a solid«good».

Absolutely horrible tonight(Mother’s Day) — we were literally abandoned by our server who left for the night! We did get our food, but my pastitsio was terrible. There was no béchamel layer on top, but instead a gravy poured on that looked like a biscuits-and-gravy type gravy. Very odd. The serving was burnt as well. Awful. And no one cared. We mentioned it to the guy who brought out our food, but he wasn’t our server apparently so he didn’t care. We only met our server when she brought us our check at the end — and she apologized because she hadn’t been told that she had our table. I asked to speak to the manager, and he explained the situation and apologized profusely. He took my pastitsio off the bill, and also brought us a dessert of his choice to go. The dessert was the bougatsa, which I’d never had before. We ate it after we got home, and it had a lot of raw phyllo dough in it. Weird. Anyway… my husband’s gyro was fine. Son’s kid’s meal of chicken souvlaki was also fine, but the rice pilaf was terrible(lots of sauteed vegetables and a weird spice to it — not a typical Greek lemon rice). Also, they were out of milk, which my son wanted with his meal — who runs out of milk? Is there no grocery store in Los Gatos that’s open on Sunday? Started with the saganaki, which also didn’t taste as expected. Overall, a very disappointing Mother’s Day dinner and no need to rush back to this location. Oddly, there was no wait when we went tonight, but we had called the Willow Glen location and they had a 30 minute wait. This Los Gatos location also didn’t have the Unilocal check-in offer active, just fyi.
