You know when you go to a car dealership to test drive a car you’re somewhat thinking about buying, but you avoid it for as long as possible because you don’t feel like being hassled and making up excuses as to why you’re just looking?
I made an appointment to meet with Travis, mostly because of a mailer I received, but the other part because I’ve been thinking of «upgrading». I walked in, was met with a super friendly smile, offered a soft drink, and we got down to business. He could tell right off the bat that I was interested in sportier cars, but reluctantly let me drive a super nice cross-​over. Although, I didn’t have that much time and wasn’t interested in purchasing today he was still more than awesome and attentive, even though I straight up told him «I’m not really looking for a new car.» He got it and was able to answer my questions, pointed me in the direction of cars he knew I would like, and pointed out all of the features.
I’ve never walked into a car dealership and walked out without feeling like some guy was going to put fire up my butt to buy something. I had a very relaxing appointment and I didn’t feel like Travis would call me or e-​mail me every day of the week until I had to pretend that I had died, which, I have sadly done before because they wouldn’t take no for an answer.
So, if you need a wonderful car shopping experience with tons of cars and models to chose from this is well worth the drive, especially, if you make an appointment with Travis. Get your soft drink on, your tunes ready, and head out for some excellent car shopping or comparisons. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

They are quite nice to you up until the point that you’ve signed papers and paid them for the vehicle, after which they no longer have the time of day for you. I was set for an appointment the day after purchasing my vehicle to have it detailed and a tank of fuel put into it, I was told it would take «about an hour». After an hour of waiting, I asked how long it would be and had to chase down the salesperson multiple times as he was dealing with another customer. He kept telling me he’d check on the status, but never really did. They wouldn’t even give me a courtesy ride to Starbucks a few blocks away while I waited. Ultimately took over 3 hours and a lot of complaining before I was finally able to drive away… a day AFTER I signed papers and paid.
Will never do business with them again.
