I order Pad Thai every time I go to a Thai restaurant, so I know how the quality can vary. The Pad Thai at this restaurant is at the bottom of my list. The sauce tasted vaguely of meat; it was supposed to be vegetarian, there weren’t any crushed peanuts on the side, and the tofu had a hard rubber consistency. My husband got a vegetable dish with rice, which was just okay. The wonderful Thai flavors were simply missing at this restaurant. What was good about this restaurant is that they seemed organized and clean, very cute atmosphere with all the wooden benches, carvings, etc. Beautiful area too, great neighborhood, nearby Farmer’s Market. But the food, sorry — just two stars.

I agree with another reviewer — if you know nothing about Thai food, then you’d like this place. The food was mediocre at best. It’s expensive and it’s cash only. If you want to add extra meat in your meal, it’s an extra $ 4.00. That’s insane. I guess they’re using all of the over the top bucks for that restaurant they now have across the street which has equivalent prices as well.

Really great Thai food! We really enjoyed Mondays red curry special, veggie pad Thai and the rolls! Their service was great and very clean inside. Not much seating available inside, but plenty outside! Will go again most definitely!

Eat at Noi’s. Period. So good. My favorite is the Veggie Stir with tofu or chicken. Wait, don’t eat at Noi’s because I don’t want to have to wait in line to get my order! Lol

Once again a disappointing and overpriced meal from Noi’s. No flavor and barely a hint of spice on a dish titled«spicy». Such a let down every time and always closed inconveniently throughout the day. Had to wait 30 min for them to return from lunch and then another 15 for food.

Noi’s is my FAVORITE Thai place in the SLO County area. Although the menu is on the smaller side, everything they make is mouth watering and if you ask for spicy they will give you spice packed, tongue burning action. They cook the food in a little hut and there is seating in the back house. It’s cash only so be weary of that. You can watch them cooking and the kitchen and ingredients they use seem to be clean and sanitary. I would suggest calling in as you’re driving up because the wait can be a bit long. Everyday is a different curry so make sure the day you go is a day you’ll like! The portions are pretty big and I can’t recommend it enough!

Pad Thai and Egg Rolls were excellent. The inside just has a little standing room, the rest is all kitchen, and their are some outdoor tables in the front. A great place to pick up Thai food on the go. I noticed most of the locals had preordered, which is a good idea, if you don’t want to wait.

Got the pad prik king and pad kee mow with chicken and extra vegetables, plus the veggie egg rolls. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Large portions for the price! PADPRIKKING-3.5/5 Delicious lime flavor. My only complaint is the green beans were overcooked. PADKEEMOW– 4.5÷5 loved it, perfect level of heat and tasty noodles. Fresh veggies and flavorful egg. Yum! VEGETABLEEGGROLLS– 4.5÷5 crispy deliciousness loved these! I wish they were open more. This place is solid

Noi’s has ruined all Thai food for me. It has simply set the bar too high. All of their daily curries are amazing. Everything is made fresh(so orders typically take 20minutes). They’re open limited hours, so be sure to check the time. It’s in Baywood(the cutest part of Los Osos) so you can spend that 20 minutes looking out at the bay. I am mildly addicted to Noi’s. Everyone who I’ve ever met who has tried Noi’s shares the same sentiments. Best Thai food in SLO county.

I’ve been eating here for 20 years. The food changed a bit when management changed in 2013, but it’s still pretty good. The main thing that changed(in my opinion anyway) is that when Noi was the one doing all the cooking, if you asked for«medium» spice/heat, you got«HOT!» — in true Thai fashion. Since the change, «medium» is «mild». I finally realized that and started asking for«hot».(Your mileage may vary, of course — I like spicy food!) The Pad Kra Prao with chicken has always been my favorite dish. The portions are pretty generous. It’s a tiny place with very limited seating; I suggest calling in your order and taking it to go. DEFINITELY call ahead if it’s peak lunch time, or you’ll be waiting in line just to place your order.

For Thai food in SLO, this place is not bad! It is a definition of a hole in the wall restaurant. I got the Pad See Ew from here and it was not bad! I like how they had a variety of vegetables to come up with its own person unique taste than the Pad See Ew places that I have tried in SLO. I’m no expert in Thai food but this place was good! Give it a try!

Hands down the best Thai take out. Not just in SLO County but period. Just ordered the shrimp fried rice and green curry. OMG it is so good. Well worth the drive to go get it.

If you find yourself in the SLO town area this place has excellent Thai food. We had a family camp weekend at the State Park in Morro Bay. This place is pretty close, a nice alternative to cooking outdoors. I had the Pad Se Ew with shrimp and it was delicious. I really had a little of everyone’s dish. It’s definitely a social kind of food. Everything was great. They have a garlic side sauce that is super good if you like garlic but will leave your breathe Kickin Stanky! Be careful how much you eat or you’ll tasting it the next day. Hard for me to resist… the sauce is NOT Good Date food… let me repeat… stay away from the side sauce if you’re trying to make some moves. Nothing like garlic Stank to make your significant other to rethink taking things to the next level romantically. No need for garlic to turn you in to «just a friend» tonight.

Nestled amongst the waterfront of Los Osos lies this nautical oasis and It will leave anyone wanting to drop anchor! Since they are only open on weekdays just to eat here was a very special trip, but it was worth it in the end. I gave it 4 stars mainly because the pad Thai was one of the better ones I have had, but it did fall short of being the best pad Thai I have consumed to date. The noodles were soft, but I prefer it to be a bit more sauced up if that makes sense? I did like the vegetables in there as they tasted so fresh and to me had a local feel not common in the hustle and bustle of So Cal! The chicken itself packed a surprising consistent flavor bite to bite and was pretty tender which had me clucking all the way through the meal! I did wash the meal down with a Thai tea and apparently there were free refills which I didn’t know about at the time(food for thought on the return visit). It was a little less sweeter than I prefer, but it did compliment the meal quite beautifully in the end. The staff was very inviting and I do look forward again to a future visit for a pad Thai craving when«I am no longer here, but gone to Morro»(sorry that was from a license plate holder I had purchased)

Been hearing for years this is the best Thai food in SLO county, but could never find it when half way only looking on trips to Montana De Oro state park. I was looking in the wrong place, use your mapping application if your not overly familiar with Los Osos Baywood Park area, this is worth driving to. Small restaurant, family operated, different menu offerings depending on day of the week. Great food with fresh ingredients. Oh the curry is SOGOOD!!! I’m sure the quiet water edge neighborhood doesn’t want this overly discovered, but this is a hidden gem of SLO county, do your taste buds a favor and try it!

My favorite lunch time spot. I seriously can eat Nois 5 days straight. It’s cheap, delicious, and always cooked to order(unless you’re getting the curries). I only wished their thai iced tea would be sweeter and their curries to have a more coconut-y flavor. Personal prefernces aside, Noi’s has some solid Thai food.

I almost drove by this when looking for it. It’s so tiny! Ordered chicken fried rice and a thai tea. You know how some thai tea tastes really dirty/earthy and yet still good? This is one of those kinds of teas. Had the chicken egg roll, which, I could have done without. It was okay. The chicken inside is sort of mashed up into round little balls and was just a bit odd and didn’t have any veggies I could taste to compliment the protein. The chicken fried rice was just that, chicken and fried rice. Very plain. Very well cooked, and a perfect base to build off of… like with some flavor… but I did add the chili garlic sauce and that seemed to punch it right up to almost where I wanted it. About half way through though I realized the sauce was really really salty, and mostly garlic. Which by the time I was halfway done made me wish I had gotten more spice and less salt/garlic from the chili sauce. I would be curious to try their curry sometime, but I was not blown away for my first visit.

Hey! Went back SLO again. I went to Noi to pick up my dinner and this time I the Monday special which is Red curry. Really good. This time I remember to take picture before I ate.. This is a MUST place to go and eat. They don’t have lot choice which is good. So, they can focus what is awesome.

Well why didn’t someone tell me about this place sooner? So pleasant to be in Los Osos, and so pleasant to have a small personal Thai cook fir my lunch. It is a simple menu, with all the basic and I can hardly wait to take others to eat here! I had the chicken prik king and it was tasty and oh so filling. I will b kicking the heat up next time as the medium was more like a lid to me. May she was just being gentle on my western taste buds, however, no worry I will be back and will be bringing friends

I’ve had LOTS of Thai food over the years. Even recently, I sampled fare from the restaurant touted as the nation’s best. Yet, since my trip to Thailand in 2010, I hadn’t had an experience which brought me back to the streets of Chiang Mai or the beaches of Koi Samui… until yesterday. Noi’s Little Thai Takeout had been ringing in my ear ever since I moved out this way. Why has it taken me so long to give it a try you might ask? Being in Los Osos and only posting weekday hours made the opportunities few and far between for me to trek out and try Noi’s. So quaint and wholesome is this place! Order inside from a shortlist of noodle dishes, meat stir-fries or the curry of the day and then wait outside in one of the calm-inducing seating areas. «Paul», called the cashier to inform me that my takeout order was ready! Oh, and by the way, every order is served takeout-style in earth-conscious disposable containers. This way, if you can’t finish the gigantic serving, simply close it up and save it for later! My wife and I shared one order of egg rolls and a bulging container of pad kee mao. This ended up being the perfect amount of food. Actually, it may have been a bit too much, but there was no way we weren’t going to finish. Fresh-off-the-wok and expertly seasoned, the food at Noi’s was simply off the charts! As we ate, I saw an amazing view not too far off in the distance. After the meal, we walked over to experience the beauty… The sound of the wave’s stumbled over one another like young pups vying for my attention, the intoxicating breeze carried small birds from one side of the bay to the other and, I, sat on the end of the beach’s raised platform wondering how I could have been transported to this apparent Island off the coast of Thailand without stepping foot on an airplane.
