Went into Ashcroft and Oak looking for a watch for my friend and not really knowing what to expect. The whole staff was wonderful but it was Abby who made my experience wonderful. She was super helpful and made sure I was completely happy before I left. She also worked with me to design a ring that I have been wanting and managed to design it for thousands less than other places were wanting me to pay. I will defiantly be doing all of my jewelry shopping with Ashcroft and Oak from now on.

I always shop around before I make any purchase, so went to almost every jewelry store that day in and around the mall. The difference between this store and any other store is, and that’s the reason I made my purchase, that I got a true opinion from what I was looking for and the selection they offered, not «looks awesome» on everything I was looking at. Samantha did an outstanding job, and the necklace for my anniversary is an outstanding piece.
Next time I will save a lot of time, because I will go straight to Ashcroft.
The only thing I missed a little bit is, I would like to have some kind of certificate with diamonds.
