Bob Evans Farms Restaurant

Well, they got a 100% on their health dept scorecard, so I guess that’s something positive I can say. And the food is good. But service, omg, the service was terrible! Now, granted, there were some real pain in the ass members of our party, but that’s no excuse for bad service. I always enjoy breakfast at Bob Evans, but I’d enjoy it more if they’d get me some more coffee when I need it. And if they’d get my husband some more tea, he’d be a lot happier. Unfortunately this seems to be an across the board state of affairs with BE. It seems to be the case every time I’m there anyway.

I have had breakfast here a time or two, but I usually end up calling in ahead of time for a Togo breakfast plate. My favorite is the sunshine skillet with sourdough toast.

Worst bob evans I’ve ever been to. Salad was not fresh, kroger prepackaged salad would be better than this. My server was great, but when I addressed the issue to the assistant manager, he never took the initiative to resolve my complaint in any way. He said I’ll email you some coupons, which never happened either. Won’t be returning to this location again.

Definitely did not expect a wait time, however we had about twenty minutes midday. The waitress that called our name seemed very frustrated and was not happy to be there at all. I always say service with a smile, definitely not the case.
Once seated, our server came over quickly. She was very nice, appearance wasn’t the best and she coughed at the table, a major pet peeve of mine. We waited way seemed like forever for our breakfast and refills.
Our food was warm and delicious, I always over eat at breakfast. In the background throughout the course of our meal, we heard glass break three times which is a bit disturbing.
All servers seemed to be wearing clothing that was smaller than it should be. The manager was professionally dressed and very pleasant. We also purchased a candle from there.

Very nice atmosphere Server, greeters where on point! Good was very good! The peach Broché was amazing! Waiting was excepted but was not that bad. We must of got there right before morning rush!

One of the most friendliest restaurant around! The staff and food are always great! Love the soups and the new fall apples they just added to the menu.

Where do I even begin… We came here for a what hoped to be a quick Sunday morning breakfast before the church crowd since we have our elderly granny in a wheel chair with us… Anyways we waited 15 minutes, were taken to a booth after we asked for a table. Then were taken to a dirty table that we had to wait on to be cleaned. Then one of the chairs were still wet. While we waited to order there was two other tables seated after us and they got their food before us. We were at the Resturant for a total of 1 ½ hours. The food was breakfast food, it was warm not hot. How can you screw up breakfast food… I usually never give bad feedback, but today the whole experience sucked and I will not be back to this Bob Evans. The Resturant has been getting worse with every visit.

Bob Evans us not fansy, but the cost to quality comparison works for me. Their breakfast is really very good for the price and even the dinner items are fairly good. If you want a «down home» kind of feel and flavor for a good price then BE may be for you.
