I saw Dr Burdette today. I can honestly say that I’ve never been to an office visit like this. The ladies that greeted me, Mendy and Megan, we’re so sweet when I arrived. They offered me drinks and snacks. I waited less than one minute after my appointment time and was called back. I could not believe how much time Dr. Burdette spent with me. He carefully listened to all the problems I was having with my jaw. He left the room to get some paperwork and a lady came in with a basket of goodies and offered me a snack. I was floored. I have never been treated so well and so politely anywhere I have ever been. I felt like every single person in that office was working together with the same goal. They all seemed happy to help and genuinely kind. Dr. Burdette was so attentive and set out a plan to get me better. Thank God I found this doctor, with this amazing office. I left there scratching my head, wondering how in the world that office runs as well as it does, and why in the world can’t more doctors be this way. I loved this place, this doctor and these people. They understand that you’re there because you need help and make sure you know it. Best office I’ve ever been to.

I highly recommend Dr. Burdette and Dr. McKinney for ANY TMJ issues you may be having. They have flexible payment plans, cozy office with great parking, and awesome customer service. They always put me at ease and offer water/​snacks. They are patient and always explain everything in detail. I have had a lot of problems getting my mouth guard adjusted and they never make me feel guilty!

I was referred to Dr. Burdette to get a sleep appliance, but he also helps people with TMJ and other medical/​dental issues. I found him and everyone else in the office to be professional, compassionate, and an overall pleasure to deal with. Dr. Burdette initially had a more conservative approach to my problem, but I let him know I wanted to pursue the most aggressive treatment plan possible and he responded positively with his own plan and referrals to other specialists who could treat in tandem. He has a patient advocate on staff as well as an insurance billing specialist to balance out the host of medical/​dental professionals you will see to best address your case. They even gave me a welcome gift on my first visit. I couldn’t really ask for more.

Worst dentist i think i have ever been to, please dont make the same mistake as me, trust me find another dentist, complete waste of time!
