Cardinal Nails

Cardinal Nails used to be the only place I went to for manicures and pedicures. Their pedicures are out of this world and well worth the money. However, back in December I decided to arrive there when they opened, which is advertised as 9:30am. I even called the day before and the person I spoke with verified that they opened at 9:30am. That was when I arrived. It was 10am before the owner, Jessica, and her employees showed up. She offered up some excuse and I accepted it, as we’ve always gotten along well and they have amazing service.
In February I decided to go again in the morning. Having thought I learned my lesson from December, I waited and showed up at 9:55am. I sat in the parking lot until 10:15am. At that point, the store was still closed and phone calls to the store went unanswered. After waiting 20 minutes, I decided to leave and go to Venetian Nails in the Summit.
Cardinal Nails do excellent work, but it is extremely bad business to advertise your hours but not honor them.

Cardinal Nails is the only nail salon I will go to! Jessica, the manager, is also the only person I allow to touch my hands! She is a perfectionist and will redo anything you question without any hesitation. They also have Shellac & Gelish manicures with an abunance of colors.
Its a very small place so I suggest you call ahead and make an appointment with Jessica.
