The best appliance store in Louisville. Professional and caring service from Charlie himself and extending to all employees. I’ve shopped other places before but for the last 40 years no one compares to Charlie Wilson.

I checked Angie’s list before shopping for my new dishwasher and found good ratings for Charlie’s. It was a bit of a trek to go downtown to this store, but parking was not a problem — they have a free parking lot behind the store. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The selection was good, and the prices were very good. I received a AAA discount from the prices shown on the website too. After comparison shopping prices on my selection, I decided to go with Charlie’s. Their installer was very professional. After 2 weeks of using the dishwasher, I am very pleased and I plan to purchase further appliances to match it for my kitchen remodel. I would definitely recommend this store.
